Don't order from them!
I placed an order on 1/17/20, which offered delivery within 5-9 business days. I sent them an email which they did not reply to, and It's now 2/14/20 and I have not heard from them nor have i received my order.

I ordered my gift middle of January for Valentines day. Still have not got them! Poor communication skills. How bad this company is it should be shut down. It is not fair on people who have low income spent there last money on stuff for valentines day, paid silly amount for delivery to not be told at any point the delivery would be this long. No options to opt out and no options to get our money back. I will be going to take this as far as possible to have this company shut down. They are selling stuff they cant even access.

Worth the wait! Loved the socks I ordered, it took a little bit of time, but really happy.

I ordered on the 19th of January. The product was supposed to be a Valentines day present. After asking for my money back they are refusing to give me a refund. They said that my order won't ship until the end of February, and I have to be patient because and I quote "We're terrible sorry that logistics company still on holiday due to the outbreak of the corona virus. To better control the outbreak of the virus the government has extenders the holiday days" poor grammar and all. This company is a complete scam and not worth the hassle or the money. It should not take a month and a half to receive a product for which you payed expedited shipping.

Update number 2: Still not arrived--Valentines was 13 days ago- appalling service 🙄
Update : now saying they are not printed.. So how could they have been dispatched as I was told previously!!!

Ordered beginning of Jan, money taken 20th Jan. Still no delivery despite me being told by email my order in transit 4-5 days ago.
Emailed today to cancel and ask for refund as my order was a valentines present. Watch this space.... Will Not be using again!!!

I ordered on Jan 23rd still no sign that my item has shipped. Looks like I’m not the only one having this problem it’s a shame they can take people’s money like this. Why isn’t this website shut down???

I placed an order in the beginning of December. Website said I would receive my order within 5 to 9 business days, so I thought that was perfect because it was a xmas gift. I didnt receive my order until after December 30th. It was a partial shipment. I'm still waiting for my order and we're in February. I emailed because they dont have a # to call and I keep getting the run around. I already submitted a dispute through PayPal. Do not order from this company. They're a scam and they're tipping people off by stealing their money. The most recent email I got from them was that my order was going to be delayed once again because of the coronavirus! What??!!! I'm done with them.

I wouldn't even give it one star, but it made me! The web site says orders take 1 to 2 days to handcraft and print. I ordered my socks for Valentine's Day on Jan. 26 and it's Feb. 11 and they STILL HAVEN'T been shipped. I have emailed back and forth with Vivi and even asked that my order be cancelled since there is no way they will be here for Valentine's Day. With me giving her all the information that she needed my order wasn't stopped. Don't advertise that it takes one to two days if it takes 1 to 2 months. LESSON LEARNED....got another Valentine's gift and maybe whenever he gets them he'll just enjoy wearing heart socks with my face on them. It may be next Valentine's Day anyway. I am just glad I didn't order anything expensive.

I ordered in plenty of time to have my item for an important date. Weeks went by and no shipment notification or correspondence of any kind so I emailed them asking where my order was or if it had even been made yet. They emailed back saying it was printed and to be patient for shipping. Another week goes by and still nothing. I email again and this time they tell me my order has not been printed but they'll send me a mock up of the design before printing it, meaning they lied about it being printed in the first place. They also said due to the coronavirus outbreak they are on "extended holiday." WHAT KIND OF COMPANY USES A DISEASE OUTBREAK AS AN EXCUSE FOR NOT FULFILLING ORDERS?! Besides that, they inform me the order will be WAY PAST the date I needed it by, eventhough I ordered a month in advance. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Such a joke. I even paid for the faster shipping. I'm just glad I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back if they try to refuse.

Never ever ever again will I be ordering from here! Ordered on the 14th January and still not received my order even though the money has been taken out of my bank. I’ve been in contact through email and the excuse is that they’re updating logistic systems and now they’re telling me that they can’t send anything out because of the corona virus. They’ve also told me that they’ll send me a picture of my order when they’ve printed it but a week or so ago I was told my order is with the shipping company. Absolute con!!!!

No stars given. Every email I sent was responded with the logistics of the system is back. BS BS, then one email she said it was done and the next she said it was not.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Joke of a company.

What a waste of time and money to order from here! Has anybody had a successful claim through PayPal?

Ordered an item mid January, with the expected delivery time of 6-9 working days. No updates received to whether it had been dispatched etc...
Contacted customer services who stated it had been delayed due to the Chinese New Year and would be dispatched on Feb 2nd. Still no updates on whether it is on its way.
Wish I hadn’t of bothered now!

Item was to be shipped in 5-7 days and still not sign of it after 10 days.

Terrible customer service. Items take too long to be delivered. Their expected delivery date is always wrong. I got the excuse that their logistic team was having problems. I spoke to Susan Sun and she did not want to give me a refund. I regret purchasing from this site. Please listen to the reviews and don't order unless you want to risk it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GROUP. You will never get your item. You might as well burn your money in the backyard. It will be a lot less aggravating.

0 STARS!!!! I ordered a few items worth £32 (a lot of money to me!!!) on the 30th December. It is now the 7th feb and still no sign of it. After multiple back and forth messages With them they keep making EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE as to why my order is late and cannot even provide me with a tracking number when they say they have dispatched it, and it is meant to have been ‘resent’ about 3 times by now!!! NEVER ORDER. SCAM. WASTE OF MONEY.

I paid extra for faster shipping 5-8 day, it has been a month since I ordered from make custom gifts and I have still not received it. Very disappointed.

Do not buy from them. They told me it would take 5 to 9 business days from when they ship it and it’s been already over two weeks and I put in a claim for a refund. I asked a couple times for a refund and they said that item is on the way thank you for your patience. This was supposed to be a birthday present. I’m not even sure if they really shipped the item because when they gave me the tracking information it’s been in the same spot for the last 2 weeks. Waste of time and money!
