Great services provider! Alex and The rest of the team helped as well as prepared me for the test. I got advice în all the step, suport with my enrollment, interview for the university, helped me with The student finance. A really big thank you to Alex.

I can highly recommend MAK agency and especially Alex. He was very helpful during all the time and answered all my questions. My friend recommended him and I wasn’t disappointed. Only 5*.!

Mak education has been very helpful to me, as they provide me all necessary information including registration to university as well as filling student finance loan form.
I want to thank all the staff members for their support, especially Alex if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have enrolled to my dream course.

Very unprofessional and service is very bad. They do illegal business in the office as get to heard when visited their office. I was scared tbh before giving them my documents, they take documents like Id from people saying they will process university admissions.
Be aware from those people.

Incompetent and under qualified personnel. Costed me to lose my academic period this year and all they care about is money. They don’t really care about the student. They changed my desired course without informing me because they wouldn’t get a commission from the course that I wanted to study. When I found out, they blamed non existing people, and when I tried to tell them that they were wrong about this, the answer was: “This is taking too long and I’ve had a long day”. They tried to do the same thing in numerous students by implying that the course they wanted to study was not good for them!
Your sensitive personal data and information such as names, dob, passport photos, phone numbers, bank details, addresses, etc are being transferred to third party people who pretend to be their partners but they don’t really know each other.
At this point me and 6 more students have enough evidence to report this so-called agency and we will also be filing an official complaint.
Be aware and for your own good do not even go close this “business”
PS. Every single female student that visited them (which I know of) to discuss about their futures studies have been flirted by the employees instead
of helping them chose a uni and a course.
Absolute disgrace of a business.

DO NOT SEEK EDUCATION FROM THIS COMPANY. They use substandard colleges that try to force you to stay on courses. They are unfit for the role they are meant to be working in. Wish i could give 0 stars.

A very helpful company with an extremely helpful team who are happy to go that extra mile, they have made a very big difference and completely changed my life by getting me back into education again.

Terrible Managment team and unprofessional standards. DO NOT GET EDUCATED HERE. Lack of diversity in the workplace and speaking their own language in-front of customers/ clients and other team members. The other company next door call GNC GLOBAL NURSING CARE, talks behind other customers back while we are in education room. Had a conversation with one of the team members there regarding the hygiene standards, was completely awful hearing about the way they treat workers that are not their race or background. A BUSINESS THAT ONLY SERVES LIMITS THEIR SERVICE to their OWN people should not be considered a respectable BUSINESS at all.
