Not what I expected.
I thought this would give me recaps of the news and explain some background historical facts. Instead it just tells me "how to think" about things in a WAY too elementary way.

I have completed a week worth of book…
I have completed a week worth of book summaries so far. I have enjoyed the information and knowledge that I have gained and have already been able to implement them in my daily life. I have been able to carry on a conversation with others and use some of the information that I have gathered from these book summaries. Most of them are engaging and is something I can listen to while accomplishing other tasks. I especially enjoy ones that include a quiz for me to take to see if information was retained.

I've had Headway less than a week and…
I've had Headway less than a week and the auto-emailer already asked me to write a review so here it is. The book summaries are...fine so far, I guess? Some of them are so simplified that they reduce the author's thoughts to generic platitudes which make it hard to understand what the author was trying to say. I'd say it's overall a good way to read an *overview* of a nonfiction book to see if I like it. If I actually want to absorb the concepts of the book in any meaningful way, the Headway summary is way too short and I'd be better off reading the actual book I think. But I think I could learn a little bit with it so I'll keep using it for now.
