I really wanted to like it
I really wanted to like it! I love the message and purpose of the company. I love the subscription model and the huge sustainability practices. I just don't find the razor heads very sharp. I have very fine hair - I do lazer removal, and I'm not getting a smooth, easy shave. I have to go over the skin many times before it is smooth. I can't imagine how much harder it would be for people with coarse hair.

Incredible Team!
The team at Make My Shave are so incredibly kind, fast replying and overall helpful. I had a problem where I didn’t recieve a refill package and they immediately worked on rectifying the issue by sending me a replacement with express post and even throwing in a free gift! They then followed up that I had recieved my pacakage and made me feel like a truly valued customer and not just a number. Cannot recommend the team more!!

Refreshingly good customer service
Excellent customer service and the razor looks sleek in my shower. Shaves just as well as the expensive supermarket brands too, but so much better for the planet!

Silky skin incoming
The razor is a great stand-alone product, but combine that baby with the loofa and shave bar it’s an absolute game changer resulting in the silkiest skin and closest shave. Looking forward to my next shave! 10/10

Absolutely love Make My Shave
Absolutely love Make My Shave. The subscription is so handy and affordable. I am no longer going to the super markets for a razor and forgetting, or having to buy a ridiculously expensive razor. It is also amazing for reducing my waste, yes i have to throw out old heads, but the handle is endlessly reusable and sturdy.

So far I’m really impressed!
So far I’m really impressed and satisfied. I’m so grateful to have found an Australian company that is recycling razor blades! I’ve used my razor over the last few weeks and it shaves well, doesn’t nick and the moisturising bar is still super moisturising - better than other razor heads I’ve used. Customer service was quick, friendly and helpful when I made an enquiry prior to my purchase. They even remembered to chuck in a freebie soap tester like they said they would. I am surprised that the return mailer for old razor heads is a soft compostable bag (rather than a cardboard envelope), and it does only take four razor heads, but at my current rate, four razor heads will take me months to use anyway. The razor has a good weight to it and the heads clip in as you’d expect for any razor. Colour neutral so as to blend in with our bathroom decor. My husband was impressed with the razor hanger!

Make My Shave is everything!!
I have been actively searching for alternatives to reduce my carbon footprint whilst supporting high-quality Australian eco-conscious businesses.
Make My Shave is all of the above. The razor handle fits well in the hand and is nicely weighted and while I was a bit wary about the blades, the shaving experience is definitely a huge leap from the cheap disposable razors I was using until now. The moisturising cushion is perfect for my skin and no longer require other shaving creams.
The best thing though, is that the razor heads are recycled, the company plants trees to offset our carbon footprint, delivery was speedy AND the packaging was minimal and recyclable (of course!).
So pleased to have found Make My Shave.

Great product + great service!
Make My Shave is a great product and a great service. I love that it's subscription based so it's one less thing to remember in life! I literally never run out of razors now, and they always seem to arrive at the exact time that the blades need a refresh. And the fact that you can return the used blades, helping the planet, is just the icing on the cake! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Such an amazing women's razor!! I was using another subscription for my razors and I thought they were good until till I tried these ones!! I get such a smooth shave on all those awkward places!! My knees, ankles and....how shall I put it politely??...my lady garden??...😁😉
The razor feels great in the hand and they look good too!
