Added gift disappeared at checkout, support refused to resolve.

They sent me a cream with an open foil under the cap and there was a hole inside the cream! When I tried to contact them on this number they left "for contact" for 3 hours they didn't pick up or return my call! After my third call I finally got through to some woman on the "line" who told me to send a photo of the opened cream!!! I am a regular customer, but I am already disappointed and shocked! This is unacceptable!

I am extremely disappointed with Makeup.bg.

It looks like you simply changed prices from BGN to EUR without applying the correct exchange rate. Products that used to cost 10 BGN now cost 10 EUR, which is almost double the price.

What shocked me the most is that even my past purchases show this issue. An order that was 143 BGN before is now displayed as 143 EUR. This is unacceptable and feels misleading and dishonest.

This is not inflation, not logistics, and not currency fluctuation — this looks like a direct price manipulation.

Because of this, I no longer trust this store and will not shop here again. I will choose honest retailers instead, such as Notino, where pricing is transparent and fair.

I would not recommend Makeup.bg to anyone who values honest pricing.

I purchased a hair-cutting scissor that was advertised as a professional tool. Unfortunately, the product is completely unusable – it does not cut hair or even simple paper unless a big amount of pressure is applied to it and even then it cuts uneven, which prevents use of the tool for its designed purposes - hair-cutting. This is a factory defect, not just low quality.

The product description is misleading. I do not recommend buying it.

However, I have to include all the variable and thank the Customer Service (Complaints) department for the professional manner and thorough way of communication!

One of the best places to get your skincare products for reasonable price. Not every product has an amazing price but on average you are saving a considerable amount of money shopping here.

Ordered a set of Mareve body care products with box now delivery and the whole experience was great. Had some questions before making an order and the support was very responsive. The delivery was on time and the best thing is that I've spent like have what I'm usually paying for Mareve products at my local beauty shop.

I was very disappointed with my order - I've ordered a Kevin Murphy spray - it was my mistake that I did not see the mL of the product. However, I've purchased the spray for 47leva, a spray that I'm using on a regular basis. It was my first order from that website and the item was discounted, so I thought why not...
Once I received the product I realised they are selling 100mL Kevin Murphy spray for 47leva, while I'm usually ordering 250ml spray from other websites at the same price.

Very bad. I ordered a lipstick oil Dior Addict , which was reclaimed as very original. But it was NOT original at all!!
Be aware!! The package of lipstick was damaged the quality of the bottle is worse and lipstick was as a water with very bad texture. They claim that work with Polish company but it doesn’t matter they are FAKE. Chinese products probably but the price is as original Dior.
