Do not order from this company. Have not receive a reply about my refund. Got a notification to say my order was delivered with the proof of delivery a picture of a woman holding part of my order. When I contacted DPD they said it was damage while delivering so they had to dispose of the order and to request a refund. I sent a message and have not received any response. All the products are sent from Poland, so do not know why it is makeup.ie.

I purchased perfume gift set from make up.ie. The product was great value (much cheaper than other retailers), it arrived in perfect condition and was delivered within few working days by dpd. I am happy with the experience and I will definitely buy from them again. Also got two free 5 ml perfume samples which was a nice touch!

Skeptical at first after seeing the review, been looking for a discontinued perfume for my girlfriend and this site had it and nowhere else. I took the risk and it was worth it. Came within 5days and arrived safely. She was delighted with the perfume and so was I. Smelt amazing. Thank you. Highly recommend and will use this site again.

Placed an order a month ago, no updates received, not even a confirmation email. Said DPD had delivered it a couple of weeks ago and I signed for it (which I did not) no idea where the parcel is. I have emailed them 6 times since 4th Oct to ask them to escalate to the DPD with no response. Terrible service, avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered my goodies by the end od September I was checking status on a daly basics to see when it will arrive, emailed company twice with the question where is my parcel but they ignored me completely so on the 10.10.24 the lady from customer after I contact the customer service they had informed me that I won't get my package because it was damaged fair enough after 4 days package was in our depot. No one contacted me regarding same no email to inform me and no one replied on my 2 emails , the customer service sucks ! I could be waiting forever and no one would have told me that there is no delivery. Shame absolutely disgracefull service !!!

I used to be loyal to them for the past 2 years but delivery always takes ages why would you call your company makeup.ie if all products are coming from Poland ? Not from uk or Ie ! People should be aware of the same ! Also your customer care team shoule have to learn some manners ! Just ordered my goodies from Notino and delivery is tomorrow and I'm being updated on any change or where the parcel exactly is, you should learn from them how to act professionally in a timely manner reliable company ! Have never been so much dissappinted than with your company ! !

I purchased an order on Monday the 30th of September and I immediately got a confirmation email and 2 days later got a tracking email from DPD and got it today the 5th of October and I am so happy! The products were packaged so well and there were no spills or anything damaged, I also scanned the products on yuka just to see if it is original and it is so I’m even more happy!

Received my package and I am extremely disappointed. I will never be ordering again. I will also be telling everybody I know never to order from your website. After spending €100 I'm disappointed in all but one product. These products I ordered are ones I have used frequently in the past so I know what they are like. The moisturizer was half empty, there was no hygienic seal on the product and it was clear that the box was previously opened, perhaps a return from another customer. The shampoo and conditioner also had no hygienic seals they were simply held shut using a bit of yellow masking tape. The shampoo and conditioner was not full, when I weigh the products it did not match the labelled weight. There was no leakages in my package and the package was not opened buy courier it was sealed. I do not also think these are authentic products I believe they are dupes. The consistency and scent of the shampoo and conditionerproducts are not the same as the legitimate product I have used many times previously. The colour wow hair smoothing spray I believe is also not authentic, the smell and sticky residue it creates is not right ,and not what the legitimate product does. Perhaps these could be issues with how your company stores the products but to say I'm disappointed is an understandment for the amount of spent. The makeup brushes were an impulse buy, luckily they were cheap because they are terrible, the bristles are loose within the packaging they are in and come out of the brush when gently brushing against skin. The hair repair mask also seemed like it was previously opened, there was no hygienic seal on the product and the lid inside the main lid was not sitting correctly on the product and had been clearly removed. The only product I am not too unhappy with is the hair crystal oil. There is not issue I can raise with this singular product in the package. It seemed untouched, sealed and weighed accurately.

Very bad customer service. After expressing my concerns over product quality (as the product seemed to be old already thus the application was aweful, it didn't look fresh at all), they replied with unnecessary unrelated arguments. They show no motivation and no intention to actually investigate the issue and take care of the clients' queries. Not buying anything from here again.

Awful service, box arrived smashed up, items were damaged, 2 items were not even in the box. After putting in a complaint sending photos got a reply that I need to fill out form in a different language. They advertised themself as makeup.ie irish company. Seems like a proper scam for. Reported to my bank, avoid

I was sent the wrong item, one that I did not want and had no use for. After emailing them 3 times, finally got a reply, a rude one. They said I have to send it back, and only after a careful inspection in their warehouse for any damages, I might get a refund. Got no apology and was treated like it was all my fault that they f*ed up. Luckily the product was cheap enough so I gave it to a friend of mine. Didn't bother spending money and time on sandig it back with no guarantee of any refund.
Edit: so they just confirmed what I said, you send it back and can end up with no product and no refund.
Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Was bit hesitant to order from ..makeup .ie due to some reviews, however, I had super experience, fast delivery, great product.

Didn't receive my order which was 4 weeks ago. after contacting them, all i get back is an email to say it's forwarded to the relevant department and consumer services don't want to know. from the tracking, it looks like it's still in Poland! Terrible customer service.

The products are all shipped from Poland, which is where I was born. Makeup.ie gives me access to products that I am not able to get in Ireland. They have sales very often so all prices are reasonable. Delivery can take a little bit longer but this is expected considering items are not coming from Ireland. Will be using this website again. Made 3 orders so far and did not need to contact customer service once.

Very inexpensive pricing, fast delivery and brilliant packaging.
Ordered 2 britney spears perfumes for €30 (one was 50ml the other was 100ml).
Only took 4 days to arrive, couldn’t be more satisfied! Saved a lot of money than purchasing elsewhere and shipping is a lot quicker!
This was my first order after a friend recommended the site to me and this will definitely be my go-to from now on!

Had a good experience with the site. Bought some products including a perfume and it seems to be original. Fast delivery, good prices and they kept me informed in all steps of the purchase.

Do not order perfume from this website as it is fake. I purchased a small bottle of Chloe Nomade for my bag. It is not authentic, smells disgusting & is as previously reviewed a scented water. I have the large bottle of Chloe Nomade, which I purchased in a pharmacy and smells completely different DO NOT waste your money!

Delivery never arrived. I believe this is a scam company using fake DPD tracking which doesn't exist. BUYER BEWARE..REPORT THIS FAKE COMPANY.

This is now my 3rd order with this website and I can now confirm that all orders always arrive with DPD couriers and items usually dispatch quick as well. Will continue to order.

I was nervous to buy from this site as the reviews were very mixed, however i am pleasantly surprised to say that i have had a very good experience. I ordered a diesel perfume and a highlighter, it arrived within a few days. It was well packaged and undamaged. The delivery driver called to ask where to leave it as i wasn't home, and he made sure to put it under shelter in my yard. Very happy with my experience and I will be buying again!
