How easy it is to remove eye makeup and face feels really clean. I like to use hot water to wipe all my makeup off works well and feels great.

Honestly it’s the easiest makeup remover. Taking off my makeup isn’t a hassle now. And my skin is so clear! The exfoliating has really smoothed out my skin.

I used the make up eraser and wasn't sure what to expect. Every bit of make up came off my face and I didn't need to do a lot of rubbing. The eraser was all stained with make up which later washed out easily.

Makeup eraser is awesome. They arrived quickly and they’re so cute. Besides that, they really do remove makeup with just water!

Everything about this product is great except one of the seven Magic erasers is coming apart after the first wash. Also, most makeup comes off easily but glitter is very stubborn, even with the Magic Eraser.

I was thrilled when I first used it! Thinking I the mascara I used was NOT waterprook! My error it was waterproof! I’ll be more careful and never purchase waterproof again!

A friend loaned me a makeup eraser while I was visiting her. It worked so well that I ordered the travel set for myself. I love the idea that I can take a few small pads and leave wipes, products to remove makeup and have a clean, fresh face with ease while leaving a smaller footprint on the earth.

I rarely leave reviews for companies, but I had such a negative experience that I felt I had to leave one to warn other customers in the UK wishing to purchase through makeuperaser.co.uk.

I have used MakeUp Erasers for many years and my old Erasers have lasted years. I couldn't have been more pleased with how they removed make up and that I wasn't using unnecessary products on my skin.

However, for Christmas, I received a new MakeUp Eraser and The Sponge as a gift from my mum. I understand that the order took a long time to arrive, and when contacted for an update, the company completely ignored any emails – this should have been a red flag for us.



I will just briefly say that the quality of the MakeUp Eraser I received isn't the same as my old ones from a few years ago. After just a few uses, it was already getting stained (which won’t wash out) and didn’t feel the same quality.

The main problem, however, was with The Sponge. I’ve been using a make up sponge for many years but this was my first time using MakeUp Eraser’s ‘The Sponge’ – I thought it was a great idea that it could be washed and was excited to use it. As I have sensitive skin, I washed it before its first use and made sure to follow all the instructions carefully. When I removed it from the washing machine, I was so upset to see that the edges of The Sponge had started to disintegrate – and I hadn’t even used it yet!



I have attempted to contact MakeUp Eraser by email, using the form on their website and via Twitter, and they simply will not reply to any messages.



I am so disappointed and upset by this whole experience with MakeUp Eraser – it was such a thoughtful gift that turned out to be a complete waste of money. The company don’t want to know about any problems you have with your order.

They are very good. How good? I'd say a 5.

I received my items and realized one of the makeup erasers I ordered was missing. I contacted support and a replacement was quickly sent to me. Great customer service!

Love the Villain’s theme and the new size of the daily erasers.

It was very easy to navigate the website and find the perfect set. The multiple pictures of the product helped envision myself using the product at home.
