It seems that the delivery date has been postponed several times in recent days and still remain blocked in the United Kingdom, which causes embarrassment in our organization.

We would be grateful if you could give us precise information about the status of our order and, if possible, speed up the delivery so that we can receive it as soon as possible.

I bought the make up revolution, birds of paradise palette and most of the colours go onto the lid very patchy no matter now much you press them on. The glitters are impossible to apply and get all over your face. And the worst thing is that the colours stain your eye lids, even after using make up remover and cleansing. I will be asking for a refund.

I ordered online and it was easy they had my serum and foundation in stock.

So thankfully I got my order sorted missing items have been refunded and the customer service have been very helpful I have put in another order and theve assured me they won’t b using the company that delivered the last 2 times as they damaged the parcels and late with the orders so thanks for getting back to me and I will now be using revolution again as there deals are fantastic and to good to miss

So fed up ordered make up they messed up my order offered to send replacement then it’s out of stock now being ignored by customer service so taken my money but not got the goods absolutely fed up and gutted

Literally the worst company I've ever worked with. Several (meaning all but 2 of the 9 items I ordered) of the items I ordered for a gift showed up leaking, unsealed, box crumpled, powder shattered. I am currently in the process of paying $60 to send these unsanitary, unusable products back to them in the UK - all for something that was damaged on the way to me and was a huge disappointment and inconvenience to begin with. Previous to this incident I was a fan of the brand, obviously wanted to share the company with a friend as a gift, and couldn't - now I will never shop here or recommend this company again. They made this process incredibly difficult and tedious to the point that I will never spend another dollar. They will not pay for return shipping if anything goes wrong with your order, be it your fault or theirs. I had to file a PayPal claim. It has been the most tedious return i have ever had to do. I've had companies make it easier when it was simply a pair of pants that I changed my mind on, but to be treated like this when it was their fault for not packaging it is... wild.

They are terrible! No phone costumers service and support, only message and they are terrible! Will change them!

Awful customer service. Online order never arrived and have been totally ignored. Nearly 30 emails/messages sent and no response other than one blaming Royal Mail. Total scam. Take your money and run.

Have used them since they launched and are one of the most affordable and brilliant quality make up brands for drugstore/high street make-up! the products work well with my skin type and routine (ie. my moisturiser) and love their CBD range!!

Their makeup was hit and miss for me. The skin care and customer support is a massive miss.
When I got a massive and painfull skin reaction they
didnt care at all.
After nagging them with emails I got a generic response that this is not their fault and dont even have to give me money back for it.

With the current market being oversaturated with good and cheap makeup and skincare I ll give MR a pass and will shop in shops that actually care and value the health of their customers

The products are great and often very cheap, some products are better than others but I've found that even high end brands have that issue. Generally it's really good, I actually switched from Benefit and nyx to this brand to buy the bulk of my makeup. I've also saved SO MUCH money!

If you are looking for a well developed makeup brand that sells good quality makeup for a low price I think Makeup Revolution helps you with that as it is very affordable and has good products. Makeup Revolution makes sure all races are included from pale as heck to a darker skin tone which is what all makeup brands should do
