the background i gave was done to perfection.
however , the portraits that were done looked nothing like the people in the photographs that i sent. it literally could have been anybody in the finished article that they sent me. you wouldnt know it was any member of my family.
hugely disappointed. and grossly overcharged for something they could not fix...

I am pleased with my purchase. Customer support was in direct contact with me, (Via email) every step of the process. From the point of sell, the finished product (they ask if it looks okay before they make it) to the shipping details. This was an amazing experience and plan on getting at least one more as a Christmas gift. Thank you,

We really liked it, and like the fact that we (my husband and I) were made a little thinner. The artist did as I asked and put his hat on and my necklace perfectly. However, our only complaint is that they made me look very flat chested and my cleavage is probably my most defining feature and the thing everyone notices first about me.
