We chose a high resolution photo (that we had added words to, to make the 500 piece puzzle easier and now wish we had gone big with 1000 pieces instead) and we’re really impressed with the high resolution result. It came faster than promised, and really wowed the happy gift recipient. Will likely be making more puzzles for future gifts!

I’m very disappointed in how long this…
I’m very disappointed in how long this is taking. According to the estimated delivery, it will have been 12 days in total since my order. Other than that, I have no idea how this puzzle will turn out until I receive it.

Good service but disappointing puzzes
The service was prompt 5 star I bought these as gifts for two grandmothers keen on puzzles as Christmas gifts after reading on Reddit that these puzzles were well made. I won't know that until they are opened on Christmas day. However, the pictures on the lid of each puzzle are very dark compared to how the photos I used looked on my computer so I'm disappointed. If the puzzles turn out like the boxes I will buy from elsewhere next time in the hope of a better result.

Great process, quick delivery
I was really pleased with the easy format for choosing photo layouts. Uploading pictures was super easy. The puzzle is a gift, so I did not open the box. I can’t comment on the quality of the 500 pieces. The puzzle arrived very quickly.
