Well its with UK customs i cant doing noting about the brexit and i tnk your doing something wrong when i use the track and trace code in PostNL i get that its with Customs so be patient i did not vote for the Brexit Oke just looked still with UK customs also be aware you have to vat and import duty because you bought out side the UK
