I recently booked a yacht experience with Mala Yacht Dubai, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and professional, with the team being very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions.

The yacht itself was spotless, luxurious, and exactly as advertised. The crew was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. They truly went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us. Cruising along the stunning Dubai coastline with views of iconic landmarks like Atlantis and the Marina skyline was breathtaking.

if its the birthday of the better half and you happens to be in Dubai, there is only one way you can save yourself from been bullied by the lady in shopping take her to the yacht trip, i did and still have money left in account :) Mala Yachts helped me in arranging private yacht with birthday decorations a fantastic cake and great food. i wish i could add pictures here to proof. keep up

We have rented the Desert Rose yacht on July 22nd, 2022 from 5pm – 9pm for our daughter’s wedding and here is our feedback:

The staff was professional and very helpful until we made the full payment of the event. After which they started to deny and backtrack some of the promises they have made. For example, few days before the event, we requested to see the bride’s room to plan for decoration. Unfortunately, we have been told that there is no Bride’s room available at all. Even if we want to pay additional fees there is no room available. After long discussion and argument, we ended up paying addition AED 800 for the room.

When we have arrived on the day of the event at 4:30pm, the yacht was very hot and the A/C was not functioning at all. When we complained about the AC not working, the answer we get was that “the A/C system is working fine. It is just a very hot day”. The bride’s room was very small, hot, and completely different than the bride’s room that is posted on their website. BTW we requested a refund for the additional fee we paid for the room and was denied.

If I grade the services that we have received
I would give the Desert Rose “A”

If you ever do business with Mala Yachts, here are my 5 suggestions:

1. Don’t believe everything you see in their website as some of the info is outdated and are not accurate.
2. Don’t believe everything you hear from sales rep and operation staff.
3. Make sure you get everything in writing before you make the 50% deposit.
4. Avoid renting the yacht during the summer as Dubai temperature can reach above 50c and the yacht doesn’t have an A/C system.
5. If you need a photographer for the event, make sure you bring your own photographer unless you are ok with low quality service

Between January and February 2020, I booked a holiday trip for myself and my family to come to Dubai and celebrate my wife's 40th birthday party.

I engaged Mala Yachts to arrange a boat trip for the occasion through their company telephone +971 561157422, +971 502281835, and their preferred Whatsapp comms telephone numbers +971 561157422 to book a cruise trip party with family and friends.

I was given an invoice quotation on 28/01/2020 for the event which came to AED 6,240.00 where I paid the deposit of AED 4380.00 with payment receipts dated 05/02/2020, 09/03/2020 and the balance to be paid on the day of my wife's cruise birthday event scheduled for April 1st, 2020.

Unfortunately, Covid 19 Pandemic started and all travel plans were canceled and borders closed.

I tried to reach Mala Yachts to give me a credit note regarding my payment made but no one responded until after a year through their Whatsapp mobile numbers.

They give me excuses that they can't find my payment because of Covid and gave various excuses in order to steal and not refund the money I paid as a deposit to them totally of AED 4380.00.

Up till today June 30th 2022, Mala Yachts haven’t still paid me back my deposit. They are been very fraudulent in their dealings with me and contract.
I need my refund asap.

Be warmed and be carefully when dealing with them. They like to deal mainly through the WhatsApp App.

I love surprises and Mala yachts is the best place to arrange it. They already know what a person is looking for. I have become their regular customer for my family events. Choose them for stress free events.

We arranged marriage on a yacht in Dubai with Malayachts. The event was amazing, I love the decoration, the music system and especially food....101% I will recommended this company for events management on yacht in Dubai

What a great evening! Your company events should be held at Mala yachts dubai. For the annual company dinner, I hired them. I was amazed by how humble their employees were. They were very cooperative and friendly with the guests. They served them the best and freshest food for dinner. They have forced me to book them for all of my upcoming events because they are so good. Having well-trained staff. Friendly people and place. Such a great thing to do!

We arrange Corporate event on a yacht and that is the best experience and better than from any restaurant. We love gathering of whole team on deck

Want to share our experience with Mala Yachts Dubai during the last Month summarize in one word - excellent!!
1. All the pre-sail administration process - route and marina proposals, payment, suggestions, boat selection, and everything. all was done very fast, clear, and very good communication.
2. this was our 4th sailing at Dubai, each time in different area. This time it was in north,
3. long beach with its hundreds of amazing area for sailing - and with the great marina's everywhere it is highly recommended !! excellent experience !! will do it again!!

Wonderfull romantic dinner, I've spend with my husband. Thanks to Mala Yachts Dubai tours, they have professionally advised and directed with all details on location & timings, recommended appropriate dresscode, comfortability of seats.
Cruise dinner with 3-4 varities of main course, meat (fish, beef, chicken) and garnishes, salads 5 types, fruits & desserts.
Live singing in different languages, entertainment dancing

The best party i had in a yacht i was in Dubai & i met my old friend he invited me to this party at mala yacht, I've been to many parties and it can be ugly in yachts some time but in Mala yacht everything was perfect and the crew managed everything. Thank you Mala yacht for make our day memorable.
