Purchased a long sleeve polo which was unfortunately too small so had to return. This is where the problems start. Been 2 weeks now and still no refund or response from Malenzo. Shame because the quality is superb. Just unfortunate that the returns process is extremely poor. UPDATE- Refund now received and Rating updated to 3 stars.
