Ordered item for a birthday gift. Not sent. Contacted customer service, ‘Lucy’ responded who said it was delayed but they’d have a delivery on Tuesday and would send first class. Tuesday came and went. Contacted customer service who said it they'd have a delivery the following Thursday. Thursday came and went. Contacted them to say they still had delays. Nearly a month on, I have now asked for refund.
What upsets me is not that it was out of stock but the false claims twice that it was due in, not following up when it didn’t come in and blaming the issue on the company who supply them. I now await a refund but from these reviews I worry this will happen at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I have been waiting over 4 weeks for part of an order. Received an email over a week ago saying this is getting ready to be shipped but still no product. I’ve emailed twice and no response. I will never use this company again 😡

Utterly hopeless, advertising products that are not even In stock, then try and offer alternatives I don’t want. I asked for a refund and there is no sign of it. Effectively this is potential fraud and I will have to call the bank for a chargeback. Hopeless customer service and will never buy from these people, I almost always use beauty things but they didn’t have a certain product. Avoid at all costs and use beauty things instead.

Order never arrived and requested refund not received no customer services you might be lucky and have odd reply absolutely disgusting.
They took my order /money and had to msg them when item never arrived to be told no stock , however you can still place an order today for item ?? So definitely seems like a scam now taking up with trading standards . They have 2 trust pilot review sites and one is in breach of trust pilot ?

Placed an order on the 25/03/24 with nearly a £100 worth of products. It is now 26/04/24 and no sign of the order. They have never emailed me once to tell me that my order will be late. The only response Ive got is when I have to ask what has happened to the order. I’ve been told twice now it will be sent out immediately next day, this was a couple of weeks ago.

Ordered a product 2 weeks ago and was told there was a stock issue. Have since tried to get a refund and been totally ignored.
Avoid this company. Cowboys.

Similar experience to other customers experiences here. Ordered and was told there were delays with Royal Mail pickup and no tracking. Delivery was 2 working days. 1 week passed, no delivery. When contacted, I asked to cancel order and refund. Responded to say that's fine. 1. So basically the order was never sent 2. The refund hasn't been received.Having to go through lengthy dispute process now with my credit card.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Order placed, no sign of products for weeks. Chased up, was told that it was supply issues and I would be first on the list to receive my Murad products and was offered 25% off all future orders. Weeks later still no delivery. Contacted them and asked for the order to be cancelled and refund made, this was agreed. Guess what? No refund has arrived! This is either a scam or a completely inept company. I’m leaning towards a scam. Will be claiming a recharge via my credit card company.

Great prices on Elemis, able to pay with PayPal, reasonably fast delivery. Have ordered from this company a few times and sometimes get free gifts too! Very pleased with their service.

Full of bull s do not buy from this company. Getting the same riff raff as everyone else was told item is no longer in stock yet you can still buy that product surprisingly however I’m still chasing a refund which has supposedly been sent and should of already been in my account.

Always look at maleskin first for Elemis as good prices with great freebies!

Having been a regular customer of Maleskin and previously having left them a good review, I am shocked and disappointed with what I have experienced and would advise other customers to now proceed with caution. I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t dispatched, therefore I exercised my rights to cancel the order and requested a refund. After sending multiple emails I finally got a response confirming they would cancel and refund my order. This has not happened so I chased them again to ask them to send official cancellation and refund confirmation …. I am now being ignored and no refund has taken place. Due to this, I have had to raise a dispute via my bank to try and get my money back, which is just shy of £100! Shop elsewhere, do not be drawn into the heavy discounts they offer, it’s not worth it when you don’t receive the items you have ordered and they just proceed to ignore your emails and keep your money.

Update - I am still being ignored and I still have not received a refund. I have raised a dispute via my bank, but this is not a quick process and I am still majorly out of pocket. I wish I had checked Trust pilot before as it shows I am not the only one. I have also now also noticed they have more than one trust pilot account, one of which trust pilot has flagged as being in breach of their terms of use and how they display their reviews. This company appears to be flooding trust pilot with fake ‘good’ reviews. Do not shop with them.

Used this for Elemis products a few times. They always offer great prices and little incentives. Any problems/queries are immediately dealt with efficiently. Packaging is all card/paper based, so recyclable.
Always my first stop for Elemis.

Great little store for luxury products, I love Elemis and they often have special deals on and free gifts which really does increase the already great value prices they offer. My new beauty find! Prompt delivery within a few days, excellent customer service whenever I've contacted them previously with out of stock items.

Excellent service and reasonably priced quality product. And quick free delivery. Will return again and again.

I bought some Molton Brown shower gel cheaper than I can get at their outlet, with free delivery, which arrived within 3 or 4 days of placing the order.
Very happy with prices and service.
