DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I bought some hair products from them last week, price was competitive,even 25% discount on top, too good to be true.
After a week of waiting i contacted them to ask about my order and they said that they tried to contact me to tell me abt the issue with my order and that but that probably the email ended in my “spam folder”,thing absolutely false!
Basically they stated that shortly before my order was placed, the items went “out of stock” and they they didn’t have the time to update their stock quantity😂
The clay pomade from baxter even after a week is still in stock, so other customers will fall for this trap. If you have pending orders with them open a dispute asap with your bank!

This store seems to have issues with stock and cash flow. They take tour money charge you what they can and don’t deliver. No stock to send and when they say Ushuaia will refund it doesn’t come through be aware. If they can’t be transparent don’t trade

Be careful. I ordered 2 bottles of 250ml and received 2 small Travel bottles. The lady who email me said I ordered wrong . I ordered 2 x 250ml said it on my confirmation when I checked out all stated on my order 250x2 . When I got my order stated 250ml on invoice. Keep clear I sent my back by record delivery as I didn't trust them,costing me £469. Customer service was like talking to a automatic response machine. 😂Stick to the company you know ladies & Gents . These guys ended up costing me money. Now looking at the other reviews looks like it not only me this as happened to . Very mis leading probably hoping most customers dont send the items back . Rip off

Excellent products and customer service. Although there was a delay in receiving my order, due to stock shortages, the Team at Maleskin were very good at keeping me informed about the delay and expected delivery dates. Very impressive indeed.

My partner ordered some dermalogica 100ml for me, and received a 50ml tube and on the delivery note the 100ml was crossed out and 50ml handwritten. He contacted them and provided a copy of the order which states 100ml, they acknowledged the error but have not sent another 50ml or offered a refund. They have however updated the product listing on their website. I understand errors happen but the right way of dealing with them is crucial for a long term customer relationship. If this had been dealt with correctly then I would be a repeat customer.

Seemingly how it works:
You order an item from their website, at an attractive price.
You receive a lengthy, pre-prepared email advising item no longer in stock, alternatives offered.
You request a refund. They agree.
No refund.
Item remains 'in stock' on their website.

This is my second purchase from Maleskin . First order was dispatched a week late . I contacted Lucy who resolved the matter within days . My recent order was dispatched promptly within few days and arrived to me a day after dispatch . On both occasions the product came sealed and was packaged extremely well . I would have given 5* if it wasn't due to the initial glitch and inconvenience . I will continue to purchase more products from the company.

I have purchased various products from maleskin, which have always beat competitors on price. Good customer service, fast delivery. Very happy shopping with this family run company.

Totally agree with the reviews below & wished I had read these before purchasing! As the previous customers have stated I had a similar experience with emails from ‘Lucy’ often copying & pasting previous emails she had sent to me with the exact same wording! Only 1 of the 3 Kiehl items was in stock which I ordered, I got asked if I would accept a replacement for 1 of them which I agreed, along with a free gift to apologise. When this item arrived (with the free gift missing) the invoice showed that another item I ordered wasn’t available & a replacement being sent which I hadn’t even agreed to! This is when Lucy basically copied & pasted a previous email she had sent about my other item apologising. Another complimentary gift was supposed to be included which wasn’t. After demanding a refund Lucy managed to get my order out to me the next day - albeit 2 of the things which I didn’t actually want. And also nearly 2 weeks late. Please avoid buying from this website unless you’re happy to be given replacements for your order!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have fake reviews here so only read of the 1* reviews for the truth about them! They advertise products they DO NOT have. They will sell you products that they don't have in stock, take your money, then offer you an alternative and not process your refund. Luckily I use paypal who got my money back for me. Also their phone numbers don't work which confirms it is a scam. Don't be fooled by good reviews and make the same mistake I did - Read the 1* reviews and Do NOT give them your money!!

1. They advertise products not available 2. You will receive an email suggesting an alternative 3. You pay for 48 hr UPS delivery and it’s not used 4. They will claim Royal Mail lost the parcel after 2 weeks 5. They will send “another” parcel and it’s all alternatives to everything you ordered 6. They will claim this is a mistake. Please avoid like the plague!!

I have bought products from Maleskin several times. They are always delivered quickly and well packaged. They do some great offers and have a huge range of great quality products - not just for men! I would highly recommend this company.

Firstly the website says "here's a few of our 1000+ five star reviews" actually there's less than 10 real reviews in total! - paid for a 1 - 3 day delivery and nothing, emailed - no response - next step to dispute payment via bank

This is my 2nd review. I placed order over £50 on 6th Dec and was told there will be delays so I cancelled the order and asked for refund. I got email from Lucy who said refund has been processed but there is still no refund in my account.
Lucy seems to be the a fake automated email.

I will be talking to my bank about this fraudulent transaction and let them investigate into your company.

Please don't place orders with this company. Its disgusting how they take your money!
