Same story as the other reviews. Place order but hear nothing for weeks, so email them, they respond saying product out of stock but suggest another product instead (MMUK Man, which is their own brand). Decline and request refund, which isn't processed for weeks. Follow up emails then bounce back and in the end had to go through my credit card provider to get refunded. This has happened to me on two separate occasions so not an isolated incident.

I had a very disappointing experience with MaleSkin. I ordered products worth €170, and immediately after payment I received an email saying the product was out of stock.

I replied right away requesting a refund, but since then I have received no response at all. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact the company several times, but they completely stopped responding.

Do not buy from this company! I spent a lot of money on shampoo, I ordered it in May 2025 - it’s now the 1st Jan 2026 and the goods still haven’t turned up!! I have consistently contacted maleskin to ask for refund etc etc and they have never responded.
Please don’t make the mistake I did

100% fake brand. please check your products are not fake before using them. this is a chinese company selling fake products in uk

Having placed my order and then checked trustpilot , I got rather worried that nothing would ever turn up . But I have recieved the item I ordered after 2 days . So no complaints!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! They are a complete scam outfit. Goods paid for, but never sent. Chased and told some rubbish about warehouse issues. Said a refund was coming, but nothing… Now they won’t reply to emails. Absolutely disgusting company!

Scam company. They don’t respond to emails and the phone number listed on their website is not working. They’ve conveniently turned off the ability to comment on their socials too.

wish I'd read reviews shambles feel like I've been conned never use email to say order had been discontinued BS of the highest order sent inferior replacement AVOID!

Absolutely horrendous service - sent me alternative products I did not order and now will not cover the return costs! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. God knows if I will ever receive a refund, will be reporting to trading standards and putting a claim in with my credit card if not!

Absolute shambles, avoid. Ordered an item on 2-4 business days, arrvied in 7 after having to chase them up. When recieved was the wrong item, had to chase up multiple times with solution. Was offered exchange for the correct item and had to cover returns cost and would be refunded.. Still waiting, absolute novices. Going via bank to resolve.

I was sent the wrong product, not the one I ordered.
I contacted Maleskin Premium and advised them of the error.
They said that they would get the correct product sent out to me and asked me to return the one I had been sent. They did not provide a means in which to return the product without me having to pay postage.
18 days later, I still have not received the correct item.

Orders a Tom Ford product - they sent out an cheap fake 'alternative' which horrible, took lots of emails just to get them to agree to take it back and then they failed to refund me the postage - clearly they never had the Tom Ford and are scammers. The Pomade I bought I threw away as it smelt so terrible and stained hair orange. Stay well clear.

These people are complete scammers. Awful service. Last year I ordered 2 "A" products, and 2 "B" products. Few days later they emailed me saying they were out of stock for product B, but they recommended me to try product "C" instead, for the same price. I had never tried that product but I agreed. Next thing, I got delivered 4 "C" products only. And of course, was not even close to what I originally wanted. After a bunch of emails with "Hollie" from sales, all I got was excuses such as "I just had a rant with warehouse" or "I'm working from home so things are not as smooth as usual". This year, I got an email saying they had restocked the "B" products so I bought 6. They sent me 6 completely different products instead! Excuses came the same way "I just had a rant with warehouse", "I'm working from home..." I mailed the products back to them (which was not even for free, since I live overseas and their free post was not accepted) and requested a full refund. Two months later, I got the package back to me (!), because the "addressee was gone away"... So two purchases, two scams. Don't buy at this place.

I'm not sure this is a real company, it's full of discrepancies. I should have known the good deal on Neals Yard products was too good to be true! They had no intention of sending anything out. Still waiting for refund. Still getting BS. The bank might have to step in.

An absolute rip off. They take your money and do not deliver. Do not place an order with them

I attempted to purchase 3 - 250 ml. tubs of shave cream from their site. They sent me one 100 ml. tube! When I complained they apologized and said the item was out of stock and asked if they could send some tubes that would equal less shave cream. I said no, that they would have to send more tubes. They never replied. I disputed it with Capital One and sent them the emails. They told Capital One they sent me exactly what I ordered! And get this...almost 2 months later they still have the item on their website! These people are crooks. Do not do business with them. One more thing, they show a 5-star review on Trustpilot. Not exactly.

The Online discount is a scam !!
Shows different picture to what you receive... there is no online discount just another company lying !!
Do not order from this company as there are many more online who are genuine and the same price or cheaper ......

I have just been asked to leave a review by this Shambles of a company. So I will! I paid for a product which you where unable to supply. You then had the gall to offer a replacement which was cheaper for the same price. You wrote a long email, giving ridiculous excuses, yet you still list the product as still available. You are basically conning people to buy products, and not fulfilling the order. I have had to file a section 75 claim with my bank to get the money back. This is exactly what's happening to other people. I imagine the good reviews are fake. I hope others see this review and don't buy from you! Oh and before you try to dispute the above I have all the emails as proof, especially the one promising me a refund.
