I haven't actually purchased direct from Malibu sun but I have used there factor 15 sun lotion. I suffer from very severe prickly heat. I have tried many sun lotions and not one of them have worked until this February in Tenerife when my friend and I lost our sun lotion and they didn't sell piz buin in the local shops where we were staying so I picked up the Malibu and for the first time in 30+ years I was able to sunbathe without being afraid of the inevitable happening I'd be covered in prickly heat, and now for the first time in many many years I had a tan without itchy soreness that had been spoiling my holidays for years and I'm looking forward to being hives free from here on whilst feeling protected from the sun. And all because my friend and I lost her sun lotion.

Contacted Malibu with a query on factory 12 sunscreen. Angela went the extra mile to see if there was any left in stock and got back to me very promptly. It isn't often that I receive such an obliging, pleasant and professional service when I contact companies with a query. Huge thanks to Malibu and especially Angela!

Have used Malibu for many years and love it! There was a problem with my latest order, with an item being out of stock, but this didn't show on the website. Quickly received an email apologising & informing me of my options - refund/wait - & decided to get a refund. The remaining items were despatched same day & the refund was processed the same day. When I received the order there was some freebies too! Excellent customer service, special mention deserved for Angela. Great company, great communications, great service.

Great customer service and delivery

Our whole family got burnt using this sunscreen. The areas we didn’t apply the cream didnt burn but the areas we did apply it burnt. Don’t buy this sunscreen!

Placed an order online and one of the products wasn’t available. Received an email from Angela informing me of this and offering either a refund or to wait for the product coming back in stock. Opted to wait and item was literally sent within 2 days. Received another email notifying myself of this. Product arrived with a couple of freebies in aswell. Brilliant service and communication. Would not hesitate in ordering again. Fantastic service

Order from Malibu quite a few times for our sun creams. We received an email from Angela regarding our latest order to inform us of some items not being in stock. We could either receive a refund or they offered to send the nearest replacement with a couple of freebies. We accepted replacements & our order was delivered a couple of days later. Excellent customer service & products. Thank you Angela

Ordered 2 bottles of SPF4 sun lotion from Malibu and received an e-mail the next day from Angela in the office saying unfortunately factor 4 was out of stock and would I like factor 6 or 8 instead. I opted for SPF6 and two days later I received 3 bottles of the SPF6, as well as 2 bottles of hand sanitiser, 2 lip balms and a SPF50 face cream for the inconvenience.
I can't fault the service from Angela and the team will definitely order from Malibu again. Thank you.

I placed an order for £66.49 on 29th of march on 31 March I received email that my order has been shipped, so I logged into my account to track the order, my order is not showing on my account, an order from 3 years ago is the only order showing!
Being concerned I have now emailed malibu 3 times as yet they have not responded, I have not received my order that has been paid in full via PayPal, it is now 3 April website said I would get my order in 2 working days,
I will never order from malibu again,

I have updated my review due to help Received from Scott @ malibu who chased my order & arranged delivery to be delivered 8th April by special delivery.

A fantastic customer experience!

Angela contacted me to say one of the products I ordered was out of stock. I was offered a replacement or partial refund. I chose to go for a replacement.

My order was delivered in 2 working days with several extra products included as a gesture of goodwill. This was beyond my expectations.

Ordered some products online only to find out directly from Angela at Malibusun that they were out of stock. However, I was offered alternative products and my parcel still arrived in plenty of time for my holiday .. along with a selection of free items! Thank you Angela and Malibusun for a great service.

Ordered malibu bronzing butter but was not delivered with in time frame, which was Malibusun fault. Chased a couple of times and Angela sent a replacement parcel out straight away on a 24 hour tracked service. Angela kept me fully updated on when I would receive the parcel. Received the parcel of which she kindly put in some free products for my inconvenience. Angela and her team went above and beyond to make sure I received my goods. I have since received the original package nearly a week late. Angela kindly said I could keep the goods. Great customer service and would definitely order from them again.
