We rent a scooter for 7days. No problems with the deposit!

Everything worked out excellent. The condition of the scooter was great but the owner exchanged it minutes before the renting because a small light bulb was not working. The new one was also great and we used it to drive around the island with no problem during 4 days. I can totally recommend the rental service. The rental price was great too.

Avoid at all costs, they're scammers!!! We rented a scooter for the day. Since the shop was closed in the afternoon, we couldn't inspect the scooter when we returned it. We parked it in good condition in front of the shop, as instructed, around 4 PM. The scooter appears to have been knocked over during the night, and the owner is holding us responsible, even though the contract only stipulates liability if the scooter is returned after 10 PM. In any case, the photos they sent don't allow us to identify the correct scooter. We were boarding our return flight when we were contacted and couldn't go and verify if the photos were genuine. A deposit was withheld once we got back to our country.

Excellent service. I had a great experience that started with that kind staff, the vehicle was in great shape despite its mileage.

Super super easy online booking process. Easy handling at handover and return. Nice guy was helpful and had a good knowledge.
Our return took place after closure and also was super easy. We forgot to refuel the scooters and after sending them an email, they reduced the deposit by 20 Euros, just as suggested by us. Professional habits!!
