I had taken MNC Academy’s Interview assistance preparation for a Band 3 Medical Secretary role. The guidance kit encompassed of Videos and preparation documents which I found to be instrumental for my Interview . The materials gave me insights into the structure of the Interview and insights into the role that I was able to apply in my Interview. Overall, a positive experience.

When I started looking for opportunities in the NHS, Yadhu and the team supported me in securing my first role as an IQ Administrator (Band 3). The guidance they provided helped me understand the NHS system, improve my confidence, and build a strong foundation as I started my career in the NHS.

After joining the NHS, I was keen to progress further and started preparing for Band 4 opportunities with Yadhu’s guidance. He supported me with interview preparation, shared valuable advice, and helped me understand how to present my skills and experience effectively. The preparation and knowledge I gained during this stage became a strong stepping stone for my future growth.

Later, when I had the opportunity to attend a Band 5 interview, I realised that all the preparation and learning from my Band 4 journey had already built the confidence and skills I needed. I am delighted to say that I have now secured a Band 5 Business Operations Support Officer role within the NHS, just seven months after starting my NHS journey.

I truly believe this achievement is a combination of my own hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn, along with the continuous support and encouragement I received from Yadhu and the MNC team. Their guidance gave me the confidence to aim higher and believe that progression was possible.

What makes Yadhu special is that he is not just a mentor who helps with interviews—he has been a great friend who genuinely wants to see people succeed. He has always been approachable, supportive, and ready to guide me whenever I needed advice.

I am really thankful to MNC Academy for making my dream come true.when I started my cbt preparations I feel lost by studying lots of materials, randomly I come across mnc cbt preparation youtube Channel and contacted them and joined their recorded session which helped me a lot in focused preparation,their materials are more than enough and I exactly studied what they provide.
