They reduced 160€ of my refund for absolutely nonsense of excuse , they email me with business email and disrespecting me and being racist , no help whatsoever reply's from them useless and humiliating. HR need to look in to this absolutely disgrace! Not all the stores only luxenbourg .
Didnt got any issues with them, customer service is better if you write to them in italian, for the rest they gave excellent communication but it lacks of infos when you order, the automated mail of order confirmation dont give a lot of infos and the guide to track the orders is outdated.

I recently purchased a new set of engine casings from another scooter dealer who sell the Malossi casings on their behalf. And according to the Malossi video,
“The amateur, the restorer, the traveller are all looking for a component that is able to perfectly replace the original one, which does not require any modification to the vehicle and which offers maximum choice in terms of components.”
Well sadly that’s not the case! Nothing but problems from day one, getting the bearings in, holes not lining up, holes not deep enough, hole not wide enough, extremely sharp edges.
I have emailed them, no response yet.
Absolute garbage of customer service. Take a whole day to respond to the easiest enquiry. Refund process is complicated and troublesome to sort out.
Take your hard earned money elsewhere to other brands who care about aftersales care.
