I paid a lot of money for a planner and mindfulness cards and they did not arrive. Customer service was non existent no phone number and chat offline in the middle of the day. This company is supposed to be promoting mental health and makes it stressful to order products. I'm wondering if it is a scam and have asked for a refund.

Never arrived and took 3 emails for them to reply. And was a struggle to get reply and postage was not refunded will not buy off them again .

I ordered the parent journal which arrived extremely damaged. I have tried to call the company, use their online chat and have also emailed, none of which have been responded too. Shockingly bad customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

I’m yet to hear anything from the company in regards to my order. Placed over a week ago and still not dispatched. Concerned the website is fake?

I ordered a book from you in February and it’s 4 weeks ago. Tracking number shows “nothing found”
order on 02/20/2023.

I’m a bit worried here, where is my journal ?? no response from the company. WARNING

Despite ordering & being told 2-3 days its now been weeks. Have emailed the customer service/support 3 times had no response yet they can send me token to order again. This was for a present & had to go buy something else. Considering they also use EVRI as their delivery driver it's no surprise that it has not arrived either. EVRI have told me if it not arrived by now then its lost or damaged to contact retailer. Well neither wants to refund me or actually send me my item

I ordered a journal from this company 10 days ago. I was given a delivery estimate of 2-3 days. This was supposed to have been a gift for a friends birthday, 1 week ago.
I messaged Mal and at one point had to ask for an apology for the delay! I have received very apathetic, disinterested, responses from them. Suffice to say, I will not be ordering from them again. Hopefully the product will arrive at some point.

Quick delivery, and great quality journal. Would recommend

Order placed & confirmed on 13th Dec, received confirmation & tracking information- After Christmas received notification that order had been fulfilled. Not had any delivered & tracking still shows Royal mail waiting for parcel. Emailed customer services & 3 days later no response. Either a scam or very poor service

I change my review because I finally got hold to the company. They are sending a replacement for the order I never received :)
Updated: I got it this time. A really beautiful planner.
I don't give 5 stars since they were really difficult to get in touch with and did not react before I made a bad review. Furthermore I feel I should have been compensated.
