Poor Communication and delivery faulty
My delivery came completely shattered, the glass was broken and the packaging didn't have enough wrapping to keep it safe. I have also tried to contact MALT & BREW via email/Facebook and Instagram about the replacement. And I haven't heard back anything. It was a special gift and had placed the initial order well in advance. However, with is being delivered broken .. and no communication about the replacement. I feel I won't be recommending buying any more from this company. I have even sent photos of how the package was delivered.

The glasses do not disappoint.
Beautiful to look at, and even nicer to drink some whisky from. They really allow you to explore the full aroma and flavour.
My wife said “they make her want to take up drinking whisky”.

Japanese whiskey glasses

Customer service ?
Happy with product. However packaging was damaged and dirty. This was very disappointing as they were for a gift. Malt and Brew have ignored my many attempts made over a few weeks to discuss this. We specifically bought local to support local businesses and this is how we are treated.

Poor customer service…
Placed an order and was received all ok.
Contacted them to see if I was able to exchange an item.
I was told it was possible if I covered the cost of shipping, which was all fine.
I had some problems receiving their emails so I contacted them on Facebook.
When I replied back to see how I went about this I had no response.
I sent them messages via email and Facebook. Also sent my contact number, still nothing.
To this day still haven’t heard back.
Very poor customer service.

I highly recommend Malt & Brew. I recently purchased three glasses as gifts and they absolutely fantastic. I will be purchasing more for myself. The glasses are weighted perfectly, look amazing and feel great in the hand. Postage was very fast and the packaging ensured the glasses arrived intact.
