Staying at mamas boutique nearly ruined…

Staying at mamas boutique nearly ruined our marriage . We were really looking forward to it. However on arrival it was very traumatic trying to park. The Cairo room was very small and the shower was pathetic. When you flushed the toilet you got a brown back wash. It was like the Nile was flowing through the room. The bed and breakfast is described as luxurious but the bedrooms are not. On a plus the breakfast was lovely. Would I return? No !

awful company

awful company. I ordered a set it and it was definitely not worth the price so returned it and heard nothing, kept contacting them and they ignored my emails. Luckily I paid through paypal and got my money back from paypal after raising a case and embi ignored their emails too.

I’ve purchased a jumpsuit that was such…

I’ve purchased a jumpsuit from this Embi studios “brand” that was such poor quality and so different from the pictures, so i’ve asked to return it immediately. Sent it back quickly, with tracked and signed delivery. They didn’t contact me for about 1 month after receipt to confirm the refund, and for some reason, their email box is not accepting emails anymore lol. Luckily i paid with PayPal and they chased them for me, but having not received any answer from them either, PayPal decided to refund me on their behalf. So please avoid this shop at all costs. I’m sure they are so poor and make no sales with their trash clothes, that’s why they feel the need to steal people’s money. It didn’t work this time, fraudsters!

Poor Customer Service

Hi Queenies, I don't normally leave reviews, but this is one that I had to do. I have been online shopping for years now, and shopped with different boutiques across Australia, UK and US. I came across Embi Studios previously known as (Mamas Boutique) over a year ago and placed an order in August. When the parcel arrived, I wasn't happy with the quality having spent $150, I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply, to which I completely forgot all about the order since then. In that time I had also shipped my order back and have been fighting for a refund ever since.Their customer service mailbox is now full, please be careful if you decide to shop with them x

I bought a dress and paid for express delivery, still have not received the dress and I have emailed, messaged on Instagram, and left a note for them to call me back on their website but still no contact from the company. Please do not buy from them if you treasure peace of mind.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!! Terrible customer service and never like to get back to there customers. Don’t waste your time paying for next day delivery as you will not be getting it next day or even next week as they are in no rush to ship out your order.

I ordered a dress and returned in feb and haven’t received a refund

I ordered a dress and returned in within the time frame back in February. I didn’t receive an email confirming they had received return, so I emailed them and they responded stating they had received my return and I will be refunded in 7-14 days. It’s now been three months and I still haven’t received my refund, I have sent a number of emails, DM’s and comments which have been deleted and have not received a response. I would not recommend using them and I am very shocked at their customer service.

My daughter ordered 2 dresses

My daughter ordered 2 dresses, one returned as wrong size other the strap broke after 2 hours, we are still awaiting refund almost a month later, deleting all her posts from website and totally ignoring e mails. I would avoid buying from this company

Refund

I ordered two dresses for my birthday (in different sizes) and sent the one that didn’t fit back. I sent it back within the time frame and got tracked delivery. The received and signed for the parcel which was 3 weeks ago and I have still not received any refund. They have also not answered any of my 3 emails asking where my refund is and deleted my Instagram comment on one of their posts complaining. I then had a response when I direct messaged them on Instagram saying they would look into it but since have had no correspondence for 2 days! The dress I also kept and wore snapped at the strap in less than 2 hours of me wearing it! Awful customer service will never be shopping here again

Colour/ quality does not reflect what models wear.

I bought a jumpsuit, the colour looked very nice on the website, it had a gold metallic look to the material. What I received looked like a gold Christmas tinsel colour. I realised the models images had so much filters.
The stitching looks terrible, not worth the £85 I paid. To make matters worse, you have to pay your own returns :/

A whole month later, still yet to receive my refund.
Thank God I paid with PayPal, they are chasing them for me. The company has gone silent.
