The wing chair cover was great but the three seat sofa cover kept coming undone in the corners such that I repeatedly had to replace the cardboard inserts numerous times. They just didn’t stay in place. I watched the video so I followed the instructions but to no avail. The fabric and colors were all lovely but the sofa cover is a problem.

This issue may be caused by factors such as a thin separate seat cushion or crevice that isn't deep enough to hold the inserts securely. Several customers have found that using pool noodles to tuck into the grooves can be quite helpful in keeping the slipcover securely in place.

Absolutely am in love!
Bought a custom fit cover for my 2 piece reversible sectional and ottoman, looks and feels amazing! Dog hair doesn’t stick to it and I’m able to remove and wash at any given time! The fabric also provides a cooling feeling that differs from the fabric of my couch! The material resembles that of those scrunch shirts that appear small but tends to be an allusion! Absolutely love it and I’ve gotten tons of compliments! Mamma Mia will now be my forever go to for sectional covers!

Very disappointed Dishonest and Unprofessional Company
I had a terrible experience with Mamma Mia Covers. I returned a slipcover that didn’t fit my sofa, exactly as it arrived, barely unpacked and never used — yet the company falsely claimed it had a “fragrance scent” to justify keeping 50% of my refund.
This is absolutely unacceptable and dishonest. It’s clear they use this excuse to avoid giving full refunds to customers. The product was not in “unsellable condition”; it was returned in perfect shape, simply not the correct size.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid Mamma Mia Covers. Terrible customer service, misleading refund practices, and no accountability.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, Ericka. After a detailed inspection by our quality control team, they found that the returned slipcover showed signs of use and had a noticeable fragrance scent. Because of this, it was considered no longer in sellable condition.
As outlined in our return policy, items must be unused, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair to qualify for a full refund. These standards are in place not only to maintain product quality but also for hygienic reasons so every customer receives a truly new product.
When returns don’t meet these conditions, a partial fee of up to 50% may be deducted, which was applied in this case in accordance with our policy. We completely understand your frustration, but please know that this decision was made fairly and in line with our published guidelines.

Initially the cardboard inserts would pop up from the cushion so we had to insert them further down but we have now mastered it and we are very pleased with the purchase.
