I pledged for a Yuka during a Kickstarter campaign. The robot mower eventually came and has had some teething issues, but overall the Mammotion team has been pretty responsive. When I have had issues, I've been able to live chat with a person (not a bot) to troubleshoot the issue, which has made the process easier.

I hade a problem with the charger if my Mammotion Luba2 AWD. Great interaction via the chat function and responsive communication. A solution was identified and I really hope it will work because I like my Luba, nickname Dennis a lot./

I am truly impressed with my LUBA mini 1500 LiDAR. The navigation with LiDAR and AI works seamlessly, cutting the lawn edges with impressive precision. It reliably avoids obstacles and trims very close to the borders with an even finish. The mowing is almost silent, making it discreet in operation. Thanks to its all-wheel drive, it can handle even steep slopes of up to 80%, and the battery lasts around three hours before needing a recharge.

I purchased this product because I thought it was good value for money. It works well, is easy to use, and helps a lot in keeping my garden tidy.

I use the robot for about 2 months. It saved me a lot of time for my 3000 sqm yard. Now everything looks very profesional even if the garden has only wild grass.
The support team is always uper helpful and helped me all the time i raised a ticket.

I bought a luba2 5000 awd in July 2024 and I am absolutely delighted with my robot. People have asked me what im using to mow my grass as they never seen the lawn looking so good. It really did a terrific job and was very easy to set up. Unfortunately it gave me a few problems in July 2025 but mammotion support were really very good at investigating and keeping me informed. Eventually it was necessary for it to go to the service centre and within 48 hours it was on its way. I would definitely buy a luba again

Needed a cheap reliable mower for my garden. Got recommended the Yuka mini by a coworker. Found out i could save some money buying directly from Mammotion. The package came as predicted on time. looked very proffesional in packaging. Everything just went as expected. Easy instructions and setup procedure. I already recommended this to other family members

**Luba Mower 3000 Review**

I’ve been using the Luba Mower 3000 for a while now, and it’s been a game changer. Setup was easy since it doesn’t need boundary wires, and the app makes it simple to map out my yard and set schedules. It cuts evenly, handles slopes well, and always finds its way back to the charger.

The mower isn’t cheap, and the app takes a little time to get used to, but overall, it saves me hours of work and keeps my lawn looking great.

I have had my Luba 2 mower for over a year and it has been liberating. I can't give enough kudos to it's performance in helping my easily maintain my lawn. I had a service issue, and was able to chat with support in seconds get advice and direction. Could not ask for a better experience.
