Your order has returned to the warehouse as it failed to be delivered 10 times to the address you gave us - I have sent you a few emails regarding the issue, but it seems like it has not reached you or you haven't seen it.

Very poor packaging,4 small boxes…
Very poor packaging,4 small boxes tightly wrapped in plastic bags,when opened each of the boxes were damaged, 2 more than other 2.No way can I gift these in original boxes.I don’t think there would have been a problem if you used a box to deliver this type of item,the plastic bags are better suited for softer items like clothing.

Could be the best online baby shop out there
Bought a bib and plate set for our daughter few days ago, arrived today without any issues. Before ordering I had a nice chat with customer service and I even received an extra discount code. Product itself is satisfying quality, the only issue we encountered was the packaging came a bit dented but due to soft nature of the product nothing was damaged inside. Definitely would recommend.
