This company is complete garbage. The dashboard, which used to be pretty decent, is now unintelligible. Their mobile app does not work. And the sales numbers across different marketplaces are dubious.
I used manage by stats for years, which was ok to start with, but after comparing it to sellerboard recently, I realized that the profit margin stats were wildly out compared to sellerboard and very misleading, I couldn't believe it, even though i had checked all my settings on both platforms. Plus they never told me about their new dashboard upgrade and it completely messed up my account and they weren't very helpful with rectifying it. Really unimpressed.
The first-month subscription is 20+ dollars and the second month on its about 4 times. This could be my mistake missing the 20-dollar price is only for the first month. I am not satisfied with the use of it and didn't feel handy so decided to cancel the subscription after knowing they have charged me for the second month. I was asked way too many questions before the final button of cancelling, and my subscription was ended right after I clicked despite the fact that I have just paid $89 for the current month.
