Ruined Physically and Emotionally – Do Not Go Here
I had a rhinoplasty at Manchester Private Hospital with Mr. Khalil two years ago. Before this procedure, my nose was completely normal with no scars. After surgery, my nose was left severely damaged, with a shape so wrong and scarring so bad that repairs could cost up to £30,000. There is a scar under my nose and another on top, which was not there before - permanent reminders of a procedure that has destroyed my confidence and wellbeing.
I trusted Mr. Khalil to help me, but instead, I was left with ongoing physical discomfort, constant embarrassment, and emotional trauma that affects me every day. Simple things like taking photos, meeting new people, or looking in the mirror have become sources of anxiety and shame.
When I raised my concerns, I agreed to a revision procedure to address the scarring, but it only made things worse. Mr. Khalil showed zero accountability, attempted to blame me for the outcome, and walked out of a meeting with the manager simply because I confronted him about his mistakes. His arrogance, dismissiveness, and unprofessional behaviour added insult to injury and made the entire experience even more traumatic.
Nothing has been done to rectify this. I now have a solicitor involved, but the damage - both physical and emotional - is permanent. My confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life have been shattered by this experience.
If you are considering surgery here, do not go. Manchester Private Hospital is negligent, unprofessional, and incapable of providing safe, competent care. Mr. Khalil is dismissive, unaccountable, and completely unsuitable for anyone who trusts him with their health or appearance.

I am 6 weeks post surgery for Vaser…
I am 6 weeks post surgery for Vaser liposuction with Dr Kam Singh. I have always struggled with heaviness on legs and over the years has become more of impact to my life. From the moment I met Dr Singh I found him exteremely approachable and made me very comfortable to commence with surgery. On the day of the surgery the staff were fantastic and I felt the surgery went quickly with no concerns. Dr Singh put my mind at rest and performed faultless surgery removing 6 litres from my thighs. The results are fantastic this surgery will change my life ! I will be forever grateful to Dr Singh and team , thankyou

Awful results and aftercare!
Great with communication BEFORE the procedure, terrible after it.. Poor aftercare from the get go. I hadn't urinated post surgery or managed to eat, but they had me leave anyway. I was stumbling around and my friend who picked me up even said to the nurse ''is she okay to leave so soon as it hasn't even been an hour since she came round after her surgery'' The nurse just said ''I'm sure she will be fine'', they also forgot to give me a band after surgery and also at the week post op appointment, so it didn't arrive until day 13 post op). I was ignored when I messaged the nurse asking how long to wear it for and if it is meant to feel so painful. There is false documentation regarding conversations I had with the surgeon (Dr Patel) e.g. in regards to having an uplift as I said I'd rather not have one but to do one if it's needed. I was advised pre surgery I wouldn't need one as the implants were big enough. There was one appointment I had to wait nearly 2 hours AFTER my appointment time to see Dr Patel as they were running so late. I'd contacted MPH numerous times post surgery as I was concerned about how the implants looked, I was ignored most times until I phoned 10x in a row after trying to get a response via phone and emails. A surgical nurse reviewed me after I saw a non surgical doctor in regards to the scarring, who said my implants aren't right as they look like they both have 'double bubble' (I had no idea what this was) and I need to see a surgeon asap, they booked me in with a different one the next day, but then cancelled as he wanted me to see Dr Patel. Dr Patel said I shouldn't have been told that and the implants were fine. She told me I could do upper body weight training, however, I didn't due to the implants feeling so odd and I was worried they would burst or drop down even further. I disagreed that they were fine and said they don't fill the front, they look really low and I hate how they looked, but I had no option but to believe her as she is the surgeon and assured me they would lift and fill the front. A month or so later I went back as the implants still displayed the same issue and looked hideous as they still don't fill the front and were very low still, where I was told I had 'double bubble in both' by Dr Patel. She told me I could have revision surgery ( I was also told this prior to surgery that I had x amount of time to have revision surgery if I am unhappy with the implants or there is a problem). I chased this for 5 weeks before the director (Greame I think his name is) emailed me to say Dr Patel had put the blame on me for the implants being like they were and therefore I had to pay 9k to rectify it. I said I want a second opinion, however, they asked Dr Patel's colleague to give a second opinion (I wasn't given a name of this colleague or any official documentation of their findings (although, based on the mistruths I've seen in my record, I don't trust they wouldn't have fabricated the documentation from another surgeon there. They were obviously going to agree with Dr Patel, despite having zero communication with myself to find out if what Dr Patel accused me of is true (I'm not stupid- I worked in health care for a long time and have seen medical negligence being backed by managers, colleagues etc to prevent law suits or being outed in public). Dr Patel did not say anything of the sort to me in regards to me causing it and knew I had been very careful, as I explained this in both this appointment and the one before because my job and sport both require me to be fully recovered to do both!. I contested this and offered proof that what I was being accused of is incorrect. My emails were ignored in the end.
I can't afford to pay elsewhere 10k (as this is the fee I've been quoted by 4 different places), so I have to live in sports bras and baggy tops to hide my boobs. I am so disappointed with MPH after they promised and never delivered results, aftercare or good communication.
My confidence is on the floor, I feel embarrassed. Even sports bras don't cover me fully as the bottom hangs down, I have had to retire from my sport, I have struggled to market for my fitness business as I can't a) train my upper body properly still and b) show my own progress to others as I have to keep my upper body covered up due to how hideous my implants look
They want your money. They don't care about anything else. Once they get you butchered and out the door, you're nothing but someone who paid them
One thing I will say is the male nurse pre surgery and the anaesthetist team were brilliant.
I could say a lot more, but it'd turn into an essay!
p.s the date I had surgery isn't an option to select. I had it last year

Patient care, safety and satisfaction are our number one priority, so we would like to take this opportunity to apologise that you feel your aesthetic outcome was below your expectation.
We take all feedback incredibly seriously and always want to ensure our patients have the best possible experience. Feedback allows us an opportunity to reflect, improve and we continue to care even in circumstances where rare medical complications occur.
In instances where patients are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, we always strive to work together to put things right. We note from your online review, that you did not receive any post operative appointment or instructions.
Unfortunately, we feel that your review does not honestly reflect your journey with us and that this review is not a true representation of the organisation. Although we apologise, that you feel this way about your experience, our team have been available to support you, offer you medical guidance, appointments, and advice over the last year.
Following your consultation with the operating surgeon in February 2024, a bilateral breast uplift with augmentation was recommended. This plan was agreed by you in the presence of a chaperone.
In May 2024, an online consultation took place, during which you confirmed that you did not wish to proceed with an uplift and would instead go ahead with breast augmentation only.
Bilateral breast augmentation surgery was performed in June 2024 as a day-case procedure, following completion of the consent process. Your recovery was uneventful. You returned to the ward at approximately 5:45pm, passed urine at 6:30pm, and were discharged at 7:00pm with your friend after meeting the discharge criteria.
You are correct that a breast band was not provided at discharge, as it had not been prescribed. You were advised to wear a supportive bra instead. During your healing process, when a breast band was later identified as beneficial, one was sent to you and a nurse shared a link via text message showing how to use it. You acknowledged receipt of this information.
After July 2024, you remained dissatisfied with your progress and outcomes. A bilateral breast augmentation revision procedure was therefore recommended and was authorised by head office as part of your comprehensive aftercare. You were also advised of the associated cost for an amount of £6500 in October 2024.
In November 2024, you requested copies of your notes, which were emailed to you. In April 2025, you contacted us through your solicitor, and from that point the matter was transferred to our legal team. As the case is now sub judice, we are unable to comment further.
All the input post-surgery has not been at any additional financial cost to yourself and was offered as part of our comprehensive post operative care.
Results of surgical cosmetic procedures vary from patient to patient and as such, Manchester Private Hospital cannot guarantee specific results or outcome for any procedure. As with any cosmetic surgical procedure, complications, dissatisfaction, and the need for revisions are inevitable. Hence, as part of our Care Packages, we are committed to ongoing care for all our patients and where necessary, we provide revision surgery with either the original or alternative surgeon with the aim to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

With any medical procedure there are always nerves and fears, however Manchester Private hospital from the first moment of contacting them to the aftercare have been brilliant. First consultation on the Phone was very informative, the second being Face to Face allowed for lots of details and question leaving me very assured. All appointments were clear and on the day of the operation everyone was so helpful and professional to ensure i was relaxed. The operation went exactly as described and the recovery perfectly managed. Follow up and after care has been superb, I highly recommend Mr Singh and his team and Carla who managed my after care. Brilliant service and care
Everything about the procedure was explained in detail. On the day of the operation, again everything explained, nurses etc were lovely. They looked after me well after the operation, as l was quite sick with the anaesthesia. After care has been brilliant, nothing too much trouble, always available if l had any concerns. The best private hospital!!
I can’t thank Dr. Kam Singh enough for giving me a new body and I feel amazing. I now can wear different colour clothing without having to always wear black to cover up any lumps and bumps I adore my new body and i am loving the new confidence I have got.
I go Dubai I May 2026 and I can’t wait to show off my new body in dresses I would have never wore 6 months ago and now I can feel amazing and confident.
Thank you for the staff taking care of me when I was there and the after care was amazing too.
Definitely recommend this hospital the staff and surgeon cannot do enough for you.

I had breast surgery with Ms Nasir
I had breast surgery with Ms Nasir, I had breast reduction and uplift, I went from 38F to a 36B, the results are unbelievable, I am beyond happy, my only regret is that I waited till I was 47, I wish I had done this sooner, I would definitely recommend Ms Nasir and Manchester private hospital. From the minute I made the appointment till I was discharged I was looked after and well informed, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all staff especially Ms Nasir 🥰🥰

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Mr. Khalil at Manchester Private Hospital, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, Mr. Khalil made me feel completely at ease—he was reassuring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure.
On the day of surgery, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. The procedure itself was smooth and far more comfortable than I expected. My recovery has been excellent, and the results are genuinely life-changing. My eyes look refreshed and natural, exactly what I hoped for.
I’m truly grateful to Mr. Khalil and the amazing staff at Manchester Private Hospital. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering eyelid surgery.
