I made an order to this company.Their PR is pathetic.When I received my order,there were some items discrepancies with my order.Ive made calls and sent emails,nothing happened.The "person" I got through to today was inept and totally blase at best.First of all,the 5% off that should have been given,was laughed at saying that you're bothered about a few quid.We're not.Secondly,they made 3 product errors with my order,not delivering the proper amounts or just not bothering with 1 product.He said the manager will deal with this.Yeah right.Their PR team are shocking.Ive learned my lesson.Will not trust this lot again.I will now cut my losses.Well done Manchester wholesale.
