DO NOT touch this company they do an…

DO NOT touch this company they do an inferior job for a high price much more expensive than the others but I chose this company as they give you a 10 year guarantee.
There are 3 large bubbles right in the middle of the window that I can clearly see even on a wet day.when I reported it less than 24 hours later I was told by the office manager Brooke that I had pressed the bubbles (which I 100% have not) and that they won’t be repairing or refunding.
AVOID AT ALL COST next step it’s to contact my bank and pursue is small claims court if necessary.
