Where can i start, i was going through a very difficult time in my 37 yr marriage and decided the only way forward was a divorce. I recently instructed Nadine in the family law department following the breakdown of a long term relationship. We adopted a number of animals and I wished to have one very special one live with me. I had no idea how to make this happen or what my rights were having initially left the home where they were and with my ex partner refusing to return my special cat. Two days before christmas with most offices closed Nadine dropped everything to ensure my partner received a written request prior to the long festive break. Nadine herself is a real animal lover and totally understood why I needed to move so quickly. She wasn't just professional, she genuinely cared. She spent time answering questions at weekends and evenings as she knew I was quite distressed by the situation. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nadine to anyone, she will be professional and provide guidance whilst also accepting direction from you if you wish to persue the matter in a certain way. Where do I start - decided to separate/divorce in January 2019 after 12 years of marriage. Everything was amicable and driven by my ex. Come March 2019 this all changed when the ex-moved out and the amicable process went out the window. This is when the services of Mancini Legal Limited were called on. Nadine took on the case June 2019 to sort out the financials of my divorce and was originally meant to be a fixed price service. This changed in a matter of weeks as a form e was raised by the ex. This involved a lot more work, court visit, barrister, paper work etc leading to increase costs. Nadine provided the advice and service needed to reach a sealed consent order. Divorce is costly and stressful, but Nadine managed to keep me focused on the end goal. The service Nadine provided has allowed me to reach a clean break. I can now file for my absolute in January 2020. Start a new chapter/adventure and move on with my life and amazing children.

Nadine Moaddel was excellent in dealing with my divorce. I had also been assigned 2 previous solicitors who left the firm whilst dealing with my case, and was dismayed to be told that I would now be dealing with a third one...however my worries were needless as she was extremely professional, efficient and fast, together with being kind and compassionate. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

I went to Mancini Legal for my recent divorce and changing of the house deeds. Poor first experience but they apologised and took on feedback.

I had an appointment for a will. Having turned up at the appointment I was informed the person I was meant to be seeing had disappeared. I was seen by a solicitor who worked in another specialism so took my questions and said someone would call me back. 4 days later they had not. I subsequently wrote a 1star review on here which the firm responded to, apologised and offered a free will. Hence I deleted that review and left this one as they seem to have taken on board the feedback I left re the service I had received.

Nigel Cragg was excellent whilst dealing with an injury and damages claim after I was knocked off my bicycle. Great advice, responds very quickly to any questions and laid out early on what I could expect as an award. The other side didn’t match this expectation, so Nigel advised going to court. His advice proved correct. We went to court, won, and got a fair award for the damage and injuries plus interest and costs. No hesitation in recommending Nigel and the team at Mancini Legal in Horsham.
