This is my third visit to Neo twice I’ve had the best massages and third my first ever lift facial. Neo works her magic and is so professional kind and is fantastic at what she does. Consent is always asked to take photos and it is so rewarding to see the before and after pictures to know that she makes such a difference to your mind body and soul. I would not go anywhere else as I feel at ease and revitalised and relaxed every time. If I could afford it , I would treat myself every week. She is such pleasure to look forward to seeing keep up the amazing work lovely 😍xx

Lymphatic Drain Massage. Neo is excellent. Incredibly professional and knows what she is doing! I came away feeling super relaxed. Neo provides a fantastic service and made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely be returning!

I have been a customer for a long time and I have found Neo to be 100% professional. She discusses your aches and pains before each session and tailors the massage to meet your needs.

Neo’s place is my best place to go for a great massage. I use her services for more than 2 years already. Neo’s facials are by far the best I have ever had, and I have had plenty (and in many different places) in my time. She is incredibly skilled and very polite and diligent in her manner. I have many friends that have had treatments from Neo and they’re all amazed at how incredibly talented she is. As someone who wants to promote her business, she often needs before and after photos to put on her website but always asks permission to take the photos.

Unfortunately my first 5 star review is below.

In reply to response, Neo, I never gave consent and you never told me before, and you never asked. I nearly went to the police over this matter as I felt so strongly about it. I’m fully aware that no picture or video of my naked body would be flattering, hence my horror at them being taken. I can share the message post treatment to my husband! I once dressed challenged them and asked you to send me all the images and videos and you only sent me one. I wanted to check that I hadn’t accidentally misread the online booking to make sure I hadn’t given consent. What you did was unethical, you also failed to mention the personal comments you said regarding my ‘chunky’ bits as you called them or ‘kneading sourdough’. All points I hope you learn from. The fact you are stating incorrect information is deeply concerning. I also was face down in a massage table, I did not see a tripod being set up etc, you are using different equipment etc, I would never have guessed a tripod would have been used without my prior consent which again was never ever given. It’s highly unethical.

Why I have changed this to one star is due to the treatment I received on my second £95 lymphatic drainage massage. Neo was aware I had lost over 7 stone and it was my first time being massaged since, I was conscious of my body, it took a lot for me to book. My first issue is that while on my back Neo took a photo of me my from feet up over, I never gave permission for photos to be taken, two when I turned over a cloth was placed over the face, but I noticed from the small gap her face kept looking up over my shoulder on the left, I was horrified to discover a tripod was then moved, with her phone recording. Not only this when she moved onto massaging my stomach she compared it to kneading sourdough. She had grabbed areas of skin asking what I was planning to do with this ‘chunky’ area. Once I was dressed I asked to see the photos taken, when I discovered the photo of me face down on the bed, then she played they video and I could see my knicker line moving and my private area. She said it’s ok none of your face is showing. Neo you missed the point, it was unethical and left me very upset. I asked you to delete these images and I sincerely hope this is a lesson learnt. I went through every step that I completed online to book and at no point did I sign anything to say photos could be taken. Neither did I give verbal consent. I was deeply upset by it as I did have trust in her, from my first visit and had recommended her to several people including my own son. Massage was great, until I turned over and felt deeply uncomfortable but being in just my pants felt like I could say nothing. I suddenly felt very exposed and embarrassed. All trust has gone and she has lost a customer.

I went in for a lymphatic drainage, I was unsure what to expect as it was my first time. The room was relaxing, Neo worked her magic and it was really fantastic, advised me what I need to book in the future and how often to have them. I have recommended her to people on social media and will be back regularly myself for treatments. I am going to also book my son in for a sports massage as he’s at uni and plays a lot of sports. It is now the day after and my skin feels great!

Neo was really great, nice & firm to relieve longstanding tension in shoulders and head. I had a migraine attack day before and this really helped with the recovery. Thanks again 😊

I recently had the bare foot massage and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had! It really gets to all those tense bits and it’s really helped my back aches! Neo is the best!

I booked a head, back and neck massage. It was really good and freed my neck, which was very stiff and stuck. Neo was very pleasant and the whole experience was relaxing.
I would have given 5 stars had I not felt pressured to pay with cash.
