I purchased the Bench Boys Calcott Parka Jacket Black 7–8 years from your website and I want to say that I am completely disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this in my life with any jacket, regardless of the brand, whether cheap or expensive. After the second or third time it was worn, I noticed lint on it. At first, I thought it was coming from the fur on the hood. When I started removing it, I realized that those small fibers were actually coming from inside the jacket. You can clearly see that the jacket has tiny holes. The problem is that a lot of fibers come out frequently, and the biggest issue is that more and more filling is starting to come out. The jacket looks awful, if that is the right word to describe it. I am so dissatisfied that I don’t know whether to throw it in the trash or let it be used for rolling around in the mud. It’s not worth even £5.

I recently purchased two tops from M and M. While one of them was perfectly fine, the other arrived with a very strong, unpleasant stench, as if it had already been worn. This was really disappointing and not what I expect from a new item. Quality control definitely needs improvement. I hope the company addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Thank you for your response. Yes… that was what I thought initially that the stench could be from your ware house but this is actually a strong stench around the armpit area. I have dried it for almost a week now but it still smells.I reported the issue to your customer service and they asked to return it but the return fee is almost the price of the shirt which isn’t worth it so I may just have to dispose the shirt off.

The material is very bad. I never recommend buying from this site. Everything is fake. I bought 3 jeans, the measurements were not correct, one of them had no buttons, two sweatsuits, and two had stitching that was coming apart. I paid 105 euros, and when I wanted to return it, they asked me to pay 9 euros.
