Not received my products even after a month
I placed an order in December and it’s a prepaid order, its been a month but I’ve not yet received my order. They don’t have any customer care number but only an email id, to which I’ve sent multiple mails but there is no response from their side.
I reached mango on twitter where they responded that they will contact me but guess what, NO RESPONSE!
I can’t even cancel my order, there is no option for cancelling the order on their website. Either cancel my order and refund my money or please deliver it. I don’t even want to think about the returning the products.
Why do you even have an email address, and why do you call it customer care, if you don’t want to respond to your customer?
