No refund for the second time
I went to the Mango store to return a coat and they started a refund. I then went to the Mango store after two weeks and informed that I haven’t received the refund. They gave me Mango’s email and customer service then made another refund. I didn’t receive the refund once again after another almost two weeks. I contacted customer service email twice and both times customer service told me that the refund is on it’s way. One time someone even replied with a wrong name and something about a replacement that had nothing to do with me. Now they don’t have the information needed to make the refund even though I already gave my information so it seems the refund has not even been made by customer service for the second time which means this is the third time Mango have to make a refund for the coat. I still haven’t received anything
