I got scammed by this company. Placed an order , did not receive. Tried to email company but email is not a working email. .

Buyer Beware! Not only did it take more than two weeks to arrive, the quality is terrible - cheap. The tops of both cups roll over. Customer service tried HARD to get me to try a different size even though I explained it us a quality issue. Options were to wait another two plus weeks for another size (that likely won't fit either), accept a 30% refund and keep the bra or return for a full refund, which at this point, I doubt I will get any money back. I'm sorry, but this has been my experience dealing with products that ship from China. Disappointing.

Bra flipped over. Ordered a DD. Looks like an A cup. I’ve written 3 emails for a refund and no one responds. 40 dollars wasted

If I could give - starts I would. This product is terrible, customer service even worse. The bra is sized for youth. The fabric is itchy and the bra was missing a strap. I started the return process within 30 days they still would not let me return it or give me my money back. DO NOT buy this product!!

Horrible! They sent me a crushed up bra, I emailed them and they did write back right away and said they would send me a replacement. I waited for weeks and did not receive one. I emailed them back and they said it was passed the 30 day nonrefundable mark, I responded that I have already been in contact with someone, again they said they will send me a replacement bra. That was about a week ago, they have not replied to any more of my emails.

This bra is crap. I ordered on September 10 and it didn’t come in until a month later. I was so excited to get it and when I opened the package, the bra was stuffed in there by itself. It has lines on the bra cups from being folded in shipping. When I tried the bra on, it didn’t fit. I ordered the same size I wear for every bra and this one, 1) the band was way too tight. I couldn’t even keep it on for 5 minutes. 2) the bra doesn’t even support you, the cups literally roll down. I originally thought I put it down too low, but nope, it rolled down every single time I tried adjusting it. Plus, you can tell this bra is cheaply made. The bra hooks are loose and come undone half the time when you try to put the bra on, and there are pieces of string wherever the end of stitching is. Don’t waste your money, this is trash. I contacted the company to make a return, they responded within the next day but wanted pictures of it. Hopefully they let me return and give me a full refund. I wish I would have read more reviews about this before I bought it but the MangoLift website and ads looked legit. This is a scam, don’t buy!

Complete garbage!! Seriously laughed when I got my bra. Stuffed into a tiny orange bag from CHINA...it took almost 8 weeks to get it. One strap was enclosed. The cups are more like flaps of material that would fit a prepubescent girl - even though I need a D cup. Such a joke. Trying to get a full refund. They first offered 30% refund and I can keep the product. Gee, thanks, but I can't use the product. Then they said they'll offer me 50% refund. I asked for 100% refund, and they said I can send it back in the original packaging and I can get my money back less shipping. I have a feeling I may never see my money again. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so PayPal is helping me with this.

They are HORRIBLE.Make it next to impossible to talk to anyone IT IS NOT Q US COMPANY EVERYTHING COMES FROM CHINA AND CAN TAKE UP TO MONTHHHSSS TO RECEIVE. They tried to tell me no refunds after almost a month of it "in shipment" when we finally locate the tracking,it was shipped back to Shanghai and they tried to say I'd have to wait another month and no refund again even after her realizing the package never entered Canada. Horrible. Finally received my refund and it was qlmost six dollars short LOL I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER THEY CAN KEEP IT. HOOORRRIIBBLLLEEEEE.

They are located out of China the bra is too small and they make you pay for shipping and then you have to pay to have it shipped back to get a refund. Basically lose $10 out of your pocket for something that doesn’t fit and is poor quality. Please people don’t waste your money on this product.

I purchased my bra in July I have yet to receive my order and it's August 27th. I have reached out to Flirtiva 3 times no response. I checked my spam and trash just in case. I will now have to recind payment which will be costly. I will never order from Flirtiva. Absolutely horrible! Stay away.

I purchased the strapless bra in july, got my order last week and the size is completely off. They say fits to actual size but no it doesn't. Wish i did my research before I ordered and saw all of these reviews. I have emailed them twice and no response, you gonon there website and they say we will get back with you within 1 to 2 business days.. thats BS.

This company is fraudulent and a complete joke. Usually I can tell when it’s going to be a cheap knockoff from China, but the advertising on snap and insta made it look like real people were testing it, seemed legitimate. Boy was I wrong. It came in 31/2 weeks later, stuffed in a shipping bag no inner bag or anything without a receipt, with one of two removable straps. I got the same size I’m in in every bra. Even asked online chat rep if it was right based on my measurements. She said yes it is. Didn’t even fit over my boobs. The quality is so bad I laughed when I got it, wrinkled, flimsy fabric that wouldn’t last even a few months of wear if it had fit. I tried to return it, got the run around couldn’t get a label!! They kept offering partial money back for keeping it, like why even bother? Then they went dark haven’t been able to reach the company again. Save your money!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!!! First the product isn't anything like they advertised. I'm the same size in different bras. This didnt not fit at all. The quality is cheap! After two weeks of emails no response....still waiting which at this point I probably wont hear from anyone. Dont waste your money your just flushing it in the toilet.

I kept seeing the ads everywhere- and I've been desperate for a good strapless bra! The bra that came (took about 2 weeks for it to be delivered) was horribly made. It was a joke to even put it on, there is no way it does anything for anyone. I asked to return it, and the company keeps giving me the run around (what about 30% off and you keep it? no? 50% off?) and they finally agree to let me return it- but refuse to give me a shipping return label (although they would "love to" they cannot). So I have to return on my own dime. TL;DR DO NOT BUY

This company advertising on Snapchat constantly and other social medias should be taken down IMMEDIATELY. This is false advertisement I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire years of living. I will be filing a complaint with this company as there site states FALSE information & the site looks like it was made in 1 day with no useful support options. The email address on the site will do nothing for you and purchasing anything from this company will be your worst nightmare. The site under FAQ claims if your item hasn't shipped they will cancel your order & give you a refund with no issues. FALSE. After providing evidence from the tracking number that the package hasn't even been processed for shipping over 3 weeks from first purchasing it, and telling customer service to do their part and cancel the order due to delay and not delivering in a timely matter of 5-10 business days as there site claims, they will avoid anything possible to respond back and not simply give you a refund!!! They will tell you they will contact you back within 5 business days after they get verification even though I provided verification from the shipping company already, they will give you a run around no matter what. BTW THE SAME BRA IS BEING SOLD FOR LESS THAN $10 ON OTHER WEBSITES BEWARE IT MAY LOOK AND SOUND GOOD BUT ITS A SCAM. We deserve our money back in FULL with shipping costs that we paid for on "Express Shipping" and this company & site needs to be taken down effectively.

If I could give a -10 I would. I ordered the mango lift bra June 30th 2021 for a wedding tat was taking place July 24th and didn’t receive it until August, 2nd 2021. When I ordered it I also order the lily lift bra adhesive bra from a a totally different website, yet they came in the same package🤔. When the bra’s came the mango lift looked and got like a 32A, although I order a 32D and the lily lift bra look and for like a F when I order a D. After looking on both websites for the return policy, to which I couldn’t find.
I wouldn’t recommend m worst enemy either of these websites. Please don’t waste your money or time, just go to Victoria’s secrets instead.

Not only was the shipping long, when I got my product, it came with two of the same straps. By that I mean, the straps that clasp in the back are the same. So, there is no way for me to wear it! Another thing that is sketchy is you can only contact them by email and in their FAQ, there is no mention of a return policy.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst company and worst bra ever. Their 30 day return and hassle free return on their website is a lie. Do not buy from them and save your $35. Hope this helps someone from going what I am to get her $35 back.
