Site is great, but paying is a big drama. Ideal payment is not possible. You need a creditcard, it was nearly impossible to put credit on the account. Besides putting in the correct currency and country, the site still put everything in usd. Very annoying and complicated.

I originally used Mannco.store because the instant sell feature seemed convenient, but the experience became extremely frustrating when I actually tried to cash out.

The website does a poor job of making it clear what currency your wallet balance is actually held in and does not provide a clear AUD equivalent. I also wasn’t clearly notified that I still had items/value remaining after using the “Instant Sell” feature. I only discovered that I still had approximately another $15 AUD worth of value when I was already going through the cashout process.

The cashout process itself is unnecessarily confusing and relies on a third-party payment provider, Tipalti. My biggest concern with this is the lack of transparency once your money enters that process. You are required to provide payment details to a separate third party, yet there is very little confirmation or visibility from Mannco about exactly what has happened to your funds. There was no clear confirmation email or straightforward way for me to track the progress of the money after initiating the cashout, and once my Mannco account was suspended I had no way of checking the status of my own cashout at all.

I also had to use a PC to properly navigate parts of the website, as the overall site feels extremely unpolished and poorly designed. When you are dealing with actual money and entering payment information with third-party vendors, I would expect a much more polished process, clear confirmation of what has been submitted, and an obvious way to track where the funds are.

I contacted support because I wanted to resolve the remaining balance issue. Instead of actually helping me understand or resolve the situation, the experience with support was extremely poor. I was then suspended after leaving a negative review about my experience.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my review was subsequently treated as “fake”, despite it being based entirely on my own experience using the website and dealing with their support. Dismissing legitimate criticism as fake rather than addressing the issues raised gives the impression that negative experiences are simply being written off instead of taken seriously. Whether intentional or not, that is not a good look when the criticism concerns the usability of the website, transparency of the cashout process and customer support.

This review is based on my actual experience. I am not claiming that every user will have the same experience, but I personally found the website confusing, the currency/balance presentation inadequate, the cashout process unnecessarily complicated and lacking transparency, and the customer support extremely disappointing.

I currently have a cashout that was already submitted and was told that once it had been sent to the payment provider it could not be cancelled. I sincerely hope that payout is completed as stated. Being suspended while a cashout is still processing also means I cannot independently check the status of my own funds, which is particularly concerning.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mannco.store to anyone looking to cash out their items without a hassle, because trust me you will have one using this service.

I made a purchase and my transaction was immediately placed on hold for "manual verification". My payment was fully approved by my card issuer instantly, but Mannco.store has been holding my money and my items for over 24 hours now.

I opened a support ticket and was told it could take up to 24 hours. After the 24-hour mark passed, I messaged them again, only to receive another copy-paste automated reply saying their reviews are "delayed."

It is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money for days without providing any real support. If you want a fast and reliable service, avoid this site. Their automated system and manual queue are a joke.
