Absolutely no problems on this marketplace. I've purchased many items and received them instantly even while in-game. Purchased many items at very good price compared to in game market. I was waiting to leave a review after I cashed out successfully and now I can say I trust this marketplace to cash out my items.

Very good price items and the process is quick.

Bought 270 Team Fortress 2 keys. Was given a notice I had to undergo payment verification, which would take “up to 24 hours.” Over 24 hours later, I reached out to support for them to say it would be resolved “within the upcoming hours.” After 72 hours, without the product I paid almost $500 for, I reached out to support and asked for a refund or for my verification to be expedited. I got my refund a little over an hour later but was immediately banned for being a “scammer.” What a ridiculous website.

This is EXTREMELY good, you can get TF2 weapons, taunts, cosmetics ect for cheap! The website is well made, The prices are cheap, it is GREAT! just be careful about impersonators, some scammers pretend to be a bot and take your stuff.

Absolutely amazing prices. I got like 60 things for less than 5 dollars

Probably the most reliable way to buy items for Tf2, counterstrike, and Rust, I think it's probably the most reliable way to obtain items you want for those games along with the great prices

Its a good site for buying stuff with cash versus using scrap or whatever else, I wish I could just search a catagory more easily like I can search hats in 2 clicks and see every hat for every class avaliable lowest price to highest type of thing, and this site has good prices! The other sites with good prices I think really only are the ones owned by the child predator guy, all I know is I am never using marketplace again after hearing what that guy did, and seeing how manco store has better prices than marketplace and manco isn't owned by a child pred! 5/5 stars!

EDIT: Turns out, they ban anyone who makes a negative review.

Alex, the CEO, gave a friendly message when in forming me of the ban. He only used a few R-Slurs in the message, but I'm sure it was necessary to get his point across.

He claims there's no ai in support, so it's confirmed. They just have bad support.

He also claimed the block came from a "StarLink Proxy".
There's no proxy enabled on my StarLink.
He would know this, if his VPN/Proxy checker wasn't vibe coded.

So, review stands. I'd suggest finding a different site, unless you like nearly losing your items because they don't like your internet provider.
(Remember, don't go through support. They would rather call people slurs than help.)

EDIT 2: Feefre, a member of the staff (One I thought was an AI based on how generic and unhelpful their response was), informed me that:
"We're not allowed to insult as staff, but apparently that was the only way to make you see there's no AI support used here"

So out of all things to say, you have the CEO call me a slur?
At least I don't see your staff as AI anymore, just incredibly immature and childish.

They went on to claim "tracker blockers interfere with the user's connection through a proxy without notification or consent"

In which way? Why didn't it block me the hundreds of times I accessed the website? This doesn't make any sense in the long run and seems like a poor excuse.

They went on to say "The fact that you immediately went to such claims without ever wanting for a proper explanation has caused such response"

A: When you block access to the website, you block delisting/withdrawing/cashouts as well.
Even if there's a VPN or proxy, there's zero reason to do that.
Mix that with the worlds most generic response from support, anyone could claim their support is ran by an AI and that there's a chance the site is scamming them.

B: Your proper explanation to my problem was:
"Your connection is currently not being reported as a VPN/Proxy, but there was a previous connection that was being detected as a proxy.
This could've come from a different device or network you attempted to connect from, or extensions in your browser."
This gives me nothing to work with, seems either copied/pasted or an AI-Generated response.
(Keep in mind, I don't have a VPN or proxy. So their response is incredibly unhelpful.)

C: Your proper response to all of that was to start throwing slurs?
You people are supposed to be running a business with possibly millions of dollars in items at play.
Some advice, be professional in your responses.

And the cherry on top the cake:
"We do not allow or want that kind of behavior, we don't use AI (we have been existing long before gen.AI was a thing) but its your problem to believe whatever you want."

You don't want/allow that behavior, but it's okay for you guys to go around calling people slurs like its a 2009 Call of Duty lobby?

Google has existed before AI, they use AI for support now.
Facebook has existed before AI, they use AI for support now.
Nearly 50% of the internet is AI generated, it's not unfair to assume this website is using a similar system.

Feefre. Some advice, try actually helping people instead of giving lazy copy/pasted response.
Maybe people won't accuse you of being an LLM.

Alex. You are incredibly unprofessional and immature.
You being apart of the staff, let alone the CEO is the main reason why people should avoid this site like the plague.
You give massive scammer vibes based on how the site operates and your responses.
No one should trust the site as long as you're attached to it. Consider resigning.

(P.S. Alex, Since I now know you read reviews and ban anyone who gives a negative review.
I just want to let you know you still haven't given me an alternative to the site like I requested.
Feel free to add me on Steam to give me any suggestions.)

They randomly block access for VPN/Proxy usage, even if a VPN/Proxy wasn't used.

Their support is slow.
(Their support is also very likely AI, but cannot confirm as messages are far and few)

There are a considerable amount of posts accusing the website of scamming.

I would advise using a different service.

Was scammed immediately. Do not use. Lost both unusuals and my inventory for 'holding' purposes and then was told to buy 20 keys for verification which i would not do. I am not a trader but I know multiple trades aren't needed for verification. Dont fall for it.

I payed for some tf2 items they were very cheap and delivery was fast ngl good site first one i used so far

Trades come very quick,good price for weapons and cosmetics.

FAKE DISCOUNTS
The same item will suddenly display a discount of sometimes 50% the next day WITH OUT THE PRICE CHANGING.
FAKE DISCOUNTS ARE ILLEGAL.

Great Website for buying tf2 stuff easy interferance and user friendly one thing is fees take alot of earning and support takes a while but overall if your just buying 10/10 store
