Disappointed no longer
Placed an order a week ago and items haven't been shipped yet. No contact off the company. I'm very disappointed in the service as I've done business successfully with them in the past.
Upate: after the mishap of last time they took great care of my latest order. The fault was mostly with the post office not leaving a delivery note.

Very fast shipping and delivery
I purchased Kaweco mechanical pencil and a tin box from them this month.
I made a purchase on weekend and on Monday morning it was shipped.
The delivery was super fast too. (Even though I'm living outside of UK, where the shop is located I received the package from DHL withing a couple of days.)
The quality of the item and the package itself was perfect.
