I purchased this tuner especially for re-strings and setting up my guitars for tuning and intonation. I've done two guitars now and I am real happy with my purchase. I found the unit easy to use for both settings.

The most accurate tuner I have ever had. It is robust built, I suggest to buy the glass protection which I actually forgot to add to the cart and realised it later. Nice to be able to configure it for the box mount with the provided sticky velcro, or the sticky floor rubber base for floor configuration. I actually stuck the velcro on the bottom of the tuner and bought some self adhesive velcro loop and cut pieces to fill the area and stuck it on the sticky side of the rubber base. This way I can convert it for box mount or floor use, velcro or rubber base. This way do not have to be permanent one way or the other.

Worked for 10 mins then died, Raised a support docket a Nd was advised the unit would be replaced, over a week now with no idea what's going on with tge replacement

I should have got this tuner a long time ago, it is very accurate and the large display and functionality is fantastic. Highly recommend this product as one of the best tuners around, that's why Guitar tech's use them. Thanks to Manny's for their excellent service.

The only two tuners on the market worth considering in my opinion. Is sonic research and a Peterson strobe tuners. I like the clear display on the Peterson and the highly Accurate tuning that only a strobe tuner can give.

Awesome tuner, maybe slight overkill for my needs since I'm a pretty sub-mediocre musician. If you have OCD or are on the spectrum I can't recommend due to it being almost impossible to get the indicator to hold perfectly still, but that's just physics and being accurate to 0.01cents. Built like a tank, flawlessly powers other pedals off its 9v battery in a daisy chain. Sweetened tunings are great. You can get accurate tuners that are smaller and cheaper that will do a great job but this is simply a phenomenal piece of kit.

The best there is. I own several other tuners, most are similar with variing degrees of accuracy. The Peterson stomp is deadly accurate, easy to use with a stack of additional features, for pro players or pro technicians. The differnce in cost is about $50 between, standard stuff and the Peterson, it s a no brainer.
