My wife and I needed a new roof as our current roof was over 20 years old. On top of that, my house's fascia, soffit, and rake boards (trim work) had rot and critter damage, so we decided that we wanted everything replaced this year. I called and made appointments with a few different roofing companies and explained what we wanted to have done. We sat through the long-winded sales pitch of two of the big national companies with their overinflated quotes that shocked us and the quick pitch of some local roofers.
Every roofing company that showed up was happy to give us a quote to replace the roof but none wanted to deal with the trim work. All except one, Manny’s Roofing, which is a local family-owned and operated company. Manny came out and looked at the roof and the trim, he then took the time to explain the process that he would use and gave me a very fair quote to replace everything with top-quality materials and stated that all of the trim would be replaced with long-lasting PVC materials instead of wood. He also installed all new ridge and soffit vents throughout and replaced the roofs on the two sheds in my backyard so that all the shingles matched.
The quality of work is excellent, the crew is very respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves, you would never know they were here unless you saw the house the day before they arrived. No damage was done to my yard or driveway and everything was completed in one day. My wife and I are very happy and will recommend Manny's Roofing to anybody that needs a roof replacement and even more so if someone needs roof trim work done.
