You emailed your dissatisfaction with the product on the 4-11-25.
A return email to you on the 4-11-25 at 21.04 acknowledging your complaint. Asking for the LOT number and asking you for your bank details in order that I could refund you to original 10 balls or an exchange to another 10 balls of Stylecraft DK, plus 5 Balls FREE for your inconvenience - No reply.
5-11-25 10.36 I asked if you could send the faulty yarn back to me and gave you our address. - No reply.
8-11-25 22.16 I followed up with another email asking you to advise what you would like me to do - No reply.
We had no further communication from you, until we received a 1 star product review on trustpilot for product quality.
You posted a further 1 star review for customer service, as above, and we have still not had any communication from you.
I am unsure, still what you would like me to do, either exchange 10 balls plus 5 balls FREE, or a refund- please advise, but we need the goods returned to send back to Stylecraft to be inspected.
I don't feel we could have offered you any better customer service, when you decline to engage with us.
