Broken clipper…

My problem was responded to very quickly, an online request for more information was pretty easily met, and the solution was prompt. I was given a full replacement for a clipper that broke. Really admirable customer service!

Great product, excellent service!

The trimmer is for my husband, who loves it and uses it regularly. When it stopped working, I reached out and the company replaced the device, no questions. I did have to provide some photos of the trimmer but was immediately sent a brand new replacement. Excellent customer service!

Emailed customer service with a…

Emailed customer service with a defective shaver, was emailed back almost immediately and asked for a video of the issue which was strange.
Made a video of the issue and emailed back, new shaver was sent out pretty mush immediately.

Great warranty program

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I sent a message to the team about an issue I was having and received a response RIGHT AWAY AT ALMOST MIDNIGHT!! They were quick to not only resolve my problem, but win me back since I was totally prepared to move on from the lawn mower line and just buy something new.
