Amazing experience with this company. My garage door was stuck open and someone came down to look at it within 20 mins. Door was then fixed quickly! Really impressed and would highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Rachel and the team helped greatly when I had an issue with my up and over canopy door. They were transparent about the issues and solutions on offer. We felt they were very accommodating and helpful. When the new door was installed, the engineers were quick, tidy and polite. Would 100% recommend.

The lady who answered the telephone could not be more helpful, giving me a quote for a service and any other parts that may be replacing.
The engineers attended at the arranged time carried out the service at a reasonable cost.
I am highly satisfied with service and at no time given a hard sell to fit a new door.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mansfield Garage Doors. They are highly professional and competitive. If you live in the East Midlands certainly don't waste your time with the other national players, they are more like double glazing salesman offering bogus on the day purchasing discounts. Stick to a local firm where you can actually visit and communicate easily on the phone.

Always great service from Mansfield garage doors. Just a routine service for my electric door but from booking the service to having the door serviced it is always efficient and reliable with excellent customer service . I’ve used Mansfield garage doors for years and would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful, gave different suggestions that we hadn’t considered. Punctual for appointments. Really pleased with quality of door and installation.

I do not know WHY I waited so long to have this huge garage door `motorised`, instead of physically opening it and closing it myself. However, I eventually got around to it two weeks ago; Rang Mansfield Garage Doors, who arranged for their surveyor to visit two days later, who then arranged to fit the electric motor a week later, and THEN they had a cancellation so were able to come to do the job within 3 days - SO from less than two weeks from start to finish, I am now an EXTREMELY happy customer with the luxury of being able to press a button to open and close this huge door. Now all I need to do is join the gym to keep my arms as `toned`. Many thanks for a great job and superbly friendly staff both in the office and on location.
