This is a wonderful brush that I have using for a few years now since experiencing thinning hair due to menopause. It’s been gentle on my hair whilst gently massaging my scalp. Several of my family me... See more

I've used Manta hairbrushes for a long time, but I'm just about to replace my SIXTH brush because they only last about a year before the bristles (which are very flexible and soft) start breaking off. I only use mine once a day, and I don't have thick or difficult hair, so I would have expected them to last much longer, especially given the price. For that reason, sadly, after another one has started falling apart, I'm going back to Tangle Teezer. Shame, as I do love the moulded handle and ease of use, but they just don't last.
Update: Manta has been very helpful and communicative, and has replaced my most recent brush to see whether this one fares any better. Fingers crossed!

Been looking at getting a Manta brush for a while so when I saw a great offer on the green version I jumped on it! It's a brilliant brush for my long but fine & knotty hair. Feels great on my scalp too. Not loosing as much hair as I was with my previous brush. Definitely recommend it. Might have to get another for my travel bag.

My hair is fine and thin after going through menopause and it doesn’t take much for it to lose shape . I absolutely love love this brush , I use it in the shower for conditioner and also to massage my head - am thrilled to say I have a few tiny baby hairs coming through which is a miracle in itself - thank you 🙏

This is the only brush I’ll use to detangle my hair when it’s wet, doesn’t work as well on dry hair but on wet hair it’s so good that I panicked when I couldn’t find it & ordered another one so now I’ll always have a spare.

I have had my manta since it came out, I only wish I had it immediately following chemo and am buying another for a friend who is currently growing back their hair. I lose noticeably fewer hairs than with any brush I have used before, and it feels good to use. Alison

Love the manta pulse brush, after a couple of issues with faults my current one is doing a great job, the battery power lasts a long time and I’ve noticed scalps are so much cleaner with less dandruff and cradle cap, it stimulates blood flow which increases growth. Would recommend. Samantha
I am a travel agent & I discovered the Manta brush in an airlines Duty Free catalouge. Seeing as it was designed to ease excessive tangling I decided to give it a go because I have very thick, curly red hair which is always tangled.
Now while I like the product & it's interesting concept, in reality I was slightly disapointed. As the brushes bristles are super flexible, I found the bristles bending rather than penetrating my hair strands, brushing though my hair. This made the bristles lie flat against the brush, rather than combing through my hair. In my view the bristles should be a little more ridged to prevent this, however, at the moment the bristles are simply too soft.
This could just be me as my hair is incredibly thick, somethimes even needing an Afro comb though it. But there are other things I like about the Manta, such as it's superbe packabillity. Because of it's small size & flexibillity the Manta can be squeezed into even the smallest recesses of your suitcase, making it a great travel brush. But I would love Manta to develop a brush with ridged, widely spaced bristles for people with thick hair, like mine.
Overall a nice brush, but you might want to think again if you have very thick hair.

Having had radical chemo radiotherapy my hair was thinning so much it was frightening and I was petrified of making it thinner by tugging on it when it was tangled by spending so much time recovering in bed. I bought the manta and the pulse and they are a godsend. I use the pulse when shampooing and conditioning and also when reading a book or watching tv just for a lovely massage. The manta is amazing when brushing as it bends and relaxes knots and does not pull or tug! Genuinely brilliant products, my hair is growing thicker and I will always continue using! Thank you 🙏 xx

We LOVE our hair brush purchase!!!
My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer early this year and had been warned that he would probably lose his hair behind his neck due to radiation treatment.
As he has long hair, he was understandably worried about wash and care of what he would have left.
He saw your product on Dragon’s Den and we bought it.
The free (yay!) delivery service was fast and efficient.
Must admit, when we first saw the brush, we were underwhelmed… And then, when we used it (I have longer hair and regular brushing can be painful) OMG! So gentle, no tugging on tangles, it just glides through…
During treatment, when Saline soaking his neck, I had to tie his hair up so the strands wouldn’t stray onto his very raw, sore neck.
We’ve looked for other types of brushes and so far, nothing has come close.
Thank you so much for sharing your incredible invention!
Best Regards,
Yumi and Dave

Absolutely awesome!! Cannot empathise how great manta hair is which lead me to buy manta pulse too. I had hair problems prior to pregnancy and even post with hair loss. With consistency I have seen a huge difference. This difference is massive for a new mom! Thank you Manta, it’s hard to find products you can trust these days but your manta does definitely work for me!

I bought my Manta years ago following the inventors tv show as a detangler and was delighted with it. As I got older my hair was getting very thin, my parting was getting wider, and someone suggested brushing. I started using my Manta to brush my scalp and not just the knotty ends (as I had previously) and my hair is so much better, I’m not at all bothered about it now. It has transformed it and I’m happier with it than I have been for years. I’ve bought several more for my friends to combat their hair thinning, and my young great nieces for detangling!

It’s the best brush I have ever used! I have fine, thinning hair (menopause has wreaked havoc) and I bought the pulse! I was sceptical but I can honestly say it’s the best brush I have ever used! I use it daily in the shower and give my scalp a 20 second massage! It’s reduced my scaly scalp and my hair is getting thicker and fuller and more shiny! Highly recommend!

This product has become an indispensable part of my daily routine! As someone with thick, curly hair, I’ve struggled with using brushes that tug and cause damage to my hair. This product, however, has been a game-changer. Not only is it compact and easy to carry around, but it also allows me to apply oil and conditioner without any fear of hair loss. Highly recommend it for anyone with similar hair conditions!

This is excellent. Combs shampoo and conditioner through and my menopausal hair is in much better condition. I do recommend it.

I first bought a manta hairbrush for myself, because my hair was thin and I needed a brush that would stimulate my scalp through massage and prevent my hair from falling. Once I started to use it, I noticed my hair barely fell, and I bought now another 2 brushes for my daughters. We all have the simple manta brushes, not with magnetic pulse technology.
Their customer service is very good. We had an issue with the transport company, but they were kind enough to send the hairbrushes to us again for free. I do love this company, first because they have this amazing brush, that really helps my hair, but also, for their philosophy, for the donations they make to people in distress and need. I highly recommend them!
