I had ordered two masks, and after several tries, concluded that we were not a good fit. This has nothing to do with the quality of the product but more with my very 'messy' way of sleeping. I shared my concern with a customer service representative who offered a refund. We had a very honest, friendly, constructive email exchange. I could really feel that they are genuinely interested in their customers' satisfaction.

I bought the bestseller bundle and after about a month of wearing the pro sleep mask, I realise it wasn't for me. I emailed asking about returning just that one mask as the other two were working great for me. They processed the refund for that particular eye mask and said for avoiding inconvenience I could keep it and gift it if I so pleased. Really happy with their customer service experience.

I purchased the Manta SOUND Sleep Mask and ultimately realized it wasn’t the right fit for me as a side sleeper. The Bluetooth components ended up pressing on my ears after a few weeks.

That said, I was genuinely impressed with Manta’s customer support. They responded quickly, clearly explained my options under the guarantee, and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Erica was especially responsive and easy to work with, which made the process straightforward and stress free.

While this particular model didn’t work for me, the overall experience left a positive impression. I’m actually considering trying a different version to see if it’s a better fit.

Customer service like that goes a long way.

After my experience with them, I am a forever Manta Sleep customer. Not only are their products quality, but their customer service is phenomenal. My house burned and we lost everything, including a Manta noise machine I had never gotten to use. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one free of charge. There really are still good folks out there.

I really want to love my manta sound mask. I've had my eye on one for ages after going through various amazon equivalents.. my partner saw me looking longingly at one online and he gifted it to me as a christmas present. I am a super light sleeper so its a really thoughtful and useful gift. I got it, I used it for a week, fab all round. Then it came to charging it. It would not charge at all. Gutting. I wrote manta sleep an email detailing how it had given me a me a renewed sleep experience but needed a replacement due to my mask being faulty. They responded quickly with some troubleshooting tips which I tried... but to no avail. So I emailed them back. No response. I emailed again, perhaps they'd missed my email over the busy period. Nothing. As of writing this review, I have emailed a third time but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service levels here. Manta offer a no quibble return ( which i dont even want, I just want a sleep mask that I can charge and use!) I feel I am having to put so much effort in just to get a faulty product sorted out that was bought a little over 2 months ago.
Sort it out Manta. I trusted you.

I ordered the Manta PRO sleep mask, it lasted about 8 months, then the velcro securing the cups to the band stopped working. My boyfriend has the standard one, which has a different velcro - normal velcro, and it's in better shape. Save your money, either buy the cheapest one, or, "myhalos" sleep mask on amazon is my preferred sleep mask. Better full blackout

Love the product. I'm a side sleeper, and a light sleeper. Almost anything wakes me up so I needed a comfortable sleep mask that could keep up sounds/music and still let me lay my head flat.

I recently purchased the Gen 2 sleep mask after my dog ate my Gen 1. The new Gen 2 fixed a lot of the design problems with Gen 1. However, they seem to be finicky with charging. My first one just stopped charging. I submitted a form on the website and the first message I got was the product was on its way. Customer service was responsive, friendly, and want to ensure I was satisfied.

The earplugs didn't work for me (not enough sound isolation) but when I reached out to support got a super quick and friendly response to help with my return.

I have been using many of their products for years. Never had a problem except on my latest purchase there was a technical issue. It was resolved promptly by a helpful customer service team.

I recently purchased the Manta SOUND+ Bluetooth sleep mask and overall I really enjoy it. The ability to listen to guided meditations or calming music directly through the mask has been amazing for helping me relax and fall asleep. The sound quality is great and it is very comfortable to wear.

For winding down at night, yoga nidra, or daytime naps, it works perfectly. The blackout is excellent and the adjustable eye cups make it easy to get a custom fit with no pressure on my eyes.

The only issue I ran into is using it on work nights. Because the mask connects by Bluetooth, my phone alarm goes to the mask speakers instead of the phone. Since I sometimes take the mask off in my sleep, I worry about missing my alarm in the morning. That makes it a little less practical for nights when I absolutely need to wake up on time.

My partner also tried it and preferred a mask that does not go over the ears, so the Bluetooth version was not the best fit for her personal comfort.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. When I reached out about our situation, the team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They offered to send us a Manta Sleep Mask Pro so we could have a non Bluetooth option as well, without needing to exchange the SOUND+ mask. That level of service is rare and very appreciated.

Overall, the product is high quality and works wonderfully for relaxation and sleep. If you want a mask for meditation, travel, or deep rest, I highly recommend it. Just keep in mind the alarm issue if you rely on your phone alarm for work.

Its cooling and heating beans bags. Not comfortable at all. Should have returned it

Love earplugs, excited about my new gen mask (arriving today)!

I ordered the Manta Sleep earplugs with high hopes, but found that they didn't fit the shape of my ears. Not surprising because a lot of things designed to fit in the ears, do not work for me. So unfortunately, these did not work for me.
However, customer service was excellent. They honored my request for a refund immediately and without question. They also allowed me to keep the earplugs as a courtesy, to pass along to someone that could use them.

Very quick and easy warranty claim process. Very good product, as well for my needs.

I've been using the MS Pro mask for two years now and absolutely love it. It's cool and dark and I barely know I'm wearing it.

I just bought my second Manta Sleep Pro mask.

I had a little delivery problem with the second mask and Manta Sleep responded immediately and sorted it out within minutes. Top marks. Highly recommended.
