I visited the BYD showroom on the off chance to enquire about a car I had seen advertised. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but Michal greeted me and took the time not only to discuss the vehicle in detail but also to have it brought round for me to view. This was my first interaction with him, and I was immediately impressed.

We arranged a test drive, followed by another with my husband, during which we were trusted to drive the car independently. At no point did Michal apply any pressure—he remained polite, friendly, and professional throughout.

Although we initially decided not to proceed after negotiations, Michal went the extra mile by escalating our decision, which resulted in a more competitive offer being extended to us. Thanks to his dedication, we ultimately chose to go ahead with the purchase.

When I returned to collect the car, it was presented in immaculate condition. As a thoughtful surprise—especially as I was collecting it the day before my birthday—Michal had also arranged flowers and chocolates as a thank-you gesture.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michal is an honest, personable, and dedicated sales representative, and his approach is what ultimately brought us back to the showroom. He is truly an asset to the business.

I would like to recommend Michal from the Royston branch at Mantles. He is a lovely, professional, and friendly person who made the purchase of my car very smooth and easy.

Michal was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, making everything easy to understand. He and his colleague Macie also took the time to clearly show and explain all the car’s functions.

I bought my Kia from this dealership last year. I have been abroad and during this time the MOT ran out. They ignored emails to book in a MOT and service and I was forced to chase them (at my cost) whilst I was abroad. I was directed to Mantles Assist who I was assured would cover the policy under my terms of purchase. Upon contacting them they informed me that as the MOT ran out it would qualify as an additional one off fee to collect the vehicle as the battery was flat. THIS FEE WAS £456. My daughter who was in the UK, unable to drive the Kia the 20 minutes to the garage had said she needed to check with me. In then transpires when they chased for their money that they had already booked the service BUT NOT INFORMED ME. I cancelled it and went with a local garage who were efficient, polite and understanding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service and knowledge from Mark at Mantles Kia Royston. The test drives were very useful and easily arranged and the purchasing process very clear and trouble-free. Mark was never too pushy and offered good advice, finding the right car for us.

Bought a second hand Lexus from Mantles BYD. The sale was handled by Muadh who was very helpful through the whole process.

I can't commend the team at Mantles, Royston, highly enough. I had an issue with my recently purchased car, which was resolved speedily, professionally and with excellent communication by the whole team at Mantles, from reception, to sales and service departments. Special mentions for Shuey, Abu and Paul ' the tec guy'.
If you're reading these reviews, as I did, before purchasing from Mantles, then be assured that you are in really good hands!! I also had positive recommendations from friends who had bought their cars from Mantles.

Richard at Mantles went above and beyond when we enquired and subsequently bought a second hand vehicle from him. He wasn't pushy, listened to us when we had questions, made us feel welcome when we visited the showroom with our two young children and kept in contact from the day we first visited to the day we collected the vehicle. Would definitely Mantles especially Richard.

Everything was professional and well done, except there was some difficulty getting a reply to confirm payment had been made that necessitated several phone calls. once that was sorted out picking up the vehicle was no problem at all and the sales person was extremely proficient.

Mark at Mantles made the purchasing of my car very easy, he wasn't pushy and understood what I needed from the purchase. The process was simple and my car was delivered by a very friendly team member.

Mantles had a good selection of the vehicle I was intrested in at competitive prices. That they are relatively local was a bonus. Staff were excellent and respected my request not to try and upsell anything to me.

Mantles provided an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The whole team was amazing—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s a very efficient and welcoming car sales showroom, yet they still take the time to be genuinely attentive and focused on your needs. Every question was answered honestly, and nothing ever felt rushed or pressured.

Aftersales and Communication Poor at best!
I have wasted enough of my life emailing Mantles and I'm not going to waste to much more of my life writing chapter and verse. 1 star says it all!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Kia Mantles Royston from start to finish. Although, I did not end up buying a car from them (no fault of their own, it just wasn't the fit for me), I was so impressed and refreshed by their top level customer service that I thought it worth sharing, even without a purchase!

Paulo went above and beyond to help me in my car search. He accommodated my work schedule by staying late (actually after working hours) to enable me to test drive a car, was in communication via email and phone several times (with quick and informative responses), and tried to keep the cost as low as feasibly possible for any work I was considering having done on the car to make a more than fair deal.

From the coffee provided, to a comfortable waiting area, to the manager coming out just to ensure I was happy with my service, to allowing me to test drive a car twice (to help make a decision) with rather short notice, Kia Mantles was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We found a second hand car on Autotrader web site. We contacted the team at Mantles to arranged to see and test drive the car. When we arrived we were instantly welcomed and offered refreshments. The staff were all friendly, professional and keen to help.
