If I could have give zero stars I would. I ordered a top from this company back in October and the tracking still says it’s out for delivery. I have tried several times to contact Mantrate and they just refer you back to the tracking company and so the circle keeps going.. This company is a scam - do not order anything from them!!!!!

After hearing online influencers raving about these boots being made of "buttery soft leather" I decided to buy a pair. They literally shredded my feet. They are without doubt the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. I didn't bother to contact their customer services after reading reviews on here. My advice would be to buy comfortable leather boots elsewhere. I should have realised Influencers are paid to advertise and in this case to tell blatant lies. Save your money!

I ordered sunglasses from their website and they arrived after 2 days in Ireland. Also the quality is very good, they look lovely and are very nicely made.

Ordered a pair of boots in a size 7 (my regular size). They cut the back of the heels off me. Got infected and all sore. I emailed customer service 3 times with pictures of heels, never got a reply. They simply don't care. They are not good quality especially for the price. Bought boots similar that were less than half the price of what mantra are charging and are comfortable. Will never buy anything from that website again. Way over priced and not good quality. Fake advertising and their customer service is not fit for purpose!!

Received the Willow boots as a Christmas present from my husband. Lucky I opened them on the day that they were delivered to realise one boot was faulty, the sole was coming apart from the actual leather part of the boot! Obviously this company must not check over the stock before they ship stock out! I contacted their customer care team straight away by email and got no reply. I DM their social media page, got no reply! What a waste of time and money! Huge letdown from an Irish run company that is such highly spoken of on social media!

Bought the Nova boots as they look amazing and all influencers where saying how good they are but when I received the boot couldn’t get them on my feet. I’m only a size 4 and normally have the opposite problem with trying to get a boot to fit my narrow feet and calf’s. When i did get them on really struggled to get them off. The customer service DOESN’T exist as I emailed, DM and used messager and still nothing. Do not waste your time or money, you also won’t get back your delivery charge even though they have sold faulty boots

I bought the Serena black boots which looked gorgeous online. Impossible to get on - very tight on the legs. I got them stretched and still too tight. Boots are sloughing in all the wrong places and tbh look cheap for what is a high price point. Will not purchase from this brand again.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the maddox boots as they are my favourite style and I have to say they are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned. They are made for narrow very small feet, not catering for normal foot sizes. It is nearly impossible to get your foot in seeing as there is no side zip and I cant tie them probably as there is not enough lace. I am 5"9, UK size 10 and a shoe size UK 7 to put into perspective. They are also very stiff, they don't flow with the movement of your step, it is like lugging bricks around all day. I also tried to wear thicker socks and I could not get my foot in as they are so tight. I kept trying to see if they would get better and on the second day of wearing them in less than an hour there was bubbles on my heels and I could not walk anywhere in them it was so painful. For €150 I am beyond upset, this was a big purchase on my behalf and it was a huge letdown.
