This company debited my credit card with £61.31 but failed to provide a manual for my new Panasonic television. Have nothing to do with this company.

Beware this company. I ordered a manual for a small fee which they said was available. They didn't in fact have it and a few days later my bank rang me to say they had tried to deduct 59.80 subscription fee which I hadn't authorised. I didn't even get the manual I was asking for. Evil positively evil. I have reported them to trading standards.

It is only 1 because there is no zero. THIS IS A BAIT SCAM. Try entering a search for a fake product that doesn't exist. The page will still claim to have "found the manual"! They will also try to sign you up a "subscription service" without telling you, and try to charge you after your initial purchase.

Absolute Scam, did not supply me with the correct Data sheet, and even after I cancelled my subscription, they continued to charge me at the full rate. A lot of stress and emails to cancel correctly.

Looking for a user manual for my new 3 phase smart meter. The maker's website was useless so I trawled the web. Came up with this company and entered the details to be told they had located it and would cost 82p. The fact the price was quoted in Euros although the website gives a UK address should have rung alarm bells but I proceeded. I had to open an account and sign in but afterwards I became suspicious and checked on here (which I should have done first!) to see my suspicions were correct. There is nothing on the website to state that I was entering into a subscription service until I looked more fully into the terms and conditions and even then it wasn't totally clear. I immediately cancelled my subscription and received an email to confirm cancellation but I will keep checking my bank to make sure no further money is taken. Today I received 'their idea' of the user manual which just turned out to be the product fact sheet which I could have printed myself from the maker's website. As much good to me as a posterior emission in a thunderstorm!

After a long search for the instuction manual for my Flash gun I found Manualsmate.
They supplied the correct manual as a download which I found easy to print off a copy.

I also ordered a radio manual in June for 80p they sent the wrong model download..emailed them and they did not reply....tried to telephone them on numerous occasions ...no answer. NOW I HAVE FOUND THEY HAVE TAKEN £59.33.FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT....the website does not mention other charges i.e. registration fees......contacted my bank today for action....DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.... ITS A FRAUD

Wish I'd never looked at their website. Have been charged £ 59 for a month and have now been told it's a payment EVERY month.
Thankfully my bank is refunding

This company is a scam! Not only did I not receive the Manual that they said they had... They also prceeded to ROB 69 Euro from my card. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Paid 0.80p for a manual then the company tried to take £58 from my card. No contact to say what this was for. Building Society stopped payment and contacted me. No information on their website about charges. Have cancelled subscription. Do NOT use this site. Others have said this was a subscription charge but there is nothing about this on their website. They provided the manual but initially said they couldn't find it and by the time they did I had already purchased a hard copy from eBay.

Do not use this company. At the first they charge me £1.95 and when I was searching on there website for manual They said they have it. But till now I did not get what I was paying for. And it is not enough for them. They about week time try to charge me £59.51 for subscription. I had to cancel my card. Avoid them!!!!!!!

I didn't want to give any stars at all but had to so that I could continue with my review.Avoid these scammers like the plague or like we tried to avoid covid 19 a few years ago .Thankfully my bank A.I.B.spotted this unusual request for €69.on my account and froze my card immediately until they spoke to me.I was trying to get a manual for a micro wave.

Hi as you can see from the below review I was ripped off the amount of euros 69.50c. I did not hold out any hope of receiving back my monthly subscription but I was wrong. When I emailed them a few times and mentioned that my bank would take it higher after the 15 days to get a positive result they then returned my subscription money back. I am grateful to them for doing this however it caused me a lot of worry.
I would not recommend this company as I believe they are really out to scam people READ THE SMALL PRINT.

Had a big problem with a John Deere mower. Thought I should find a manual. Was pleased to find one for 81pence. This was NOT the actual cost I have been scammed for almost £60. When your credit card is debited the only solution is to go for a small claim. It will not be refunded. Very unsatisfactory. Mike

The problem with this site is a lack of clarity. I paid £0.81 and got a receipt for a maual, (which is also directly available from the manufacturer, by the way.) Only after I had supplied my bank details did I discover that this is a subscription site. This fact is not stated before the individual, low price purchase has been made, and the monthly charge is NOT SPECIFIED on their site. I contacted my bank and immediately froze my card, withdrew sufficient cash from an ATM to cover the next week, cancelled my current card and ordered a new one. My details are no longer available to this company.

This company is a scam, ordered and paid for manual...but never arrived. Charged 95p. Also, you are on their subscription list. Be AWARE. Also, they will not take single use Mastercard. BEWARE.

I also was billed 63p sterling for a manual that didn't arrive and also tried to take £59 from my account which my bank, Halifax, stopped. Thank you bank.

Avoid like the plague.
The manual I ordered didn’t arrive and I accepted the loss of a euro BUT like everyone else within a week I was billed for £59 which I unfortunately didn’t spot until the second months subscription was taken. Like other readers I’ve had no response and have taken it up with a credit card company.
