My experience was very positive - the administrative side of the business is very well run: things run on time and they do what they tell you they'll do. The actual mover I had (Sam) was a total pro and made the experience of moving apartment a good deal less stressful than it would otherwise have been. This company cares about its reputation and doing a good job; I would recommend without hesitation.
